Also, nothing new going on with what the rat is spying on with the mantis and the woman made of stone? Maybe either see what hand signals the woman is stone is making with her hands, or perhaps have the rat come back to us to take a break. I don't know, I just have the feeling having the rat stay out for too long will have him be spotted, especially after hearing that warning Actus made, and the death of some of our spies to the cat. Leaning towards calling the rat back to us

I think after talking to hooded scarecrow here, lets find Lucidity Divinity, ask for some wine, and take to it the mantis as a good introduction and to cheer her up.

Possible answers to the question that was asked:

A) Continue and try to talk with the matis, even if she can't understand you.

B) Find somebody else to talk with.

C) See who is the new arrival.

C).

A. I don't think we will get much more out of them with the language barrier. But there is one yes or no question I want to ask the servant considering she is made of rock: Ask if she knows Rock Vibration.

See how she reacts to that name. If she knows him, and doesn't look disgusted, then we might be able to use him as a translator some time in the future after the party if we want to make an alliance in the future.

If C is chosen, go talk to Maya Din, and as I suggested before, see if she can keep a secret and tell her who we really are depending on her response. As an ally, she might give us some tips for this party.

Also, Liverig seems a bit intense. If there's anyone we could try using Grand Marshal's first impression perk, it'd probably be her maybe. Something to think about in the future.

>>1120822 Leaning Velucifio if anyone here. Lots of pros with few cons. Liverig seems the type to have endless demands even of pals while giving little. So Maya anyone worm aligned? Oh and speak to "two hats" perhaps? Feel like I ought to build a diagram of who's who.
>>
No. 1120891 ID: d029f3

Abdle if you feel so useless maybe we should make you use the spy rat to see what Velucifio it talking about with that other guy.
>>
No. 1120894 ID: 78ccbe

Quite a lot to talk about, will point out some observations first:

the rock servant seemed to blush over the mention of Rock Vibration. Something more going on there between her and him I wonder?

Also, Lady Liverig now that I think about it might have a ship for Gramleza considering she's from a place with lots of water. She might be her best bet to get a ship.

lastly, that was the second time today that spy rat got caught. We need to have a serious talk with Ratislav about training his rat spies, otherwise they could get caught and eaten. With that in mind, I think we shouldn't let spy rat back out right away until after Maya Din is done talking with us, and when the performance begins since that is starting soon. People will be distracted during that time to notice the rat.

Now that that's out of the way,

To Bobbie:please go to Maya Din's armor so that when we are done talking, Maya can sneak back to her armor. we can't have her running around naked as hot as that sounds.

To Abdle: See Abdle? if we kept spy rat out, Maya Din would have distracted you, and we would have lost track of our little brave spy rat. Now you and us can talk to Maya Din in peace.

In any case, how about you ask Maya about those paintings? I'm pretty sure she, Vance and/or whoever her friend that is going to perform brought those here, correct? If so, why so? Can't be just to help Vance with making business relationships with the rich, is it?

Also, if Maya Din wants some details on the others, let her know that:

that overlord was talking to that woman in black armor about her grandson getting ready to ruler. She seems embarrassed about him and has some kind of plan.

straw woman, we talked with her before, wanted to make some kind of deal with us, alligned with worms.

knight looking for someone, he's Actus Opus. Just like how Bobbie has Abdle, a demon fruit, he has an angel fruit (a pear named Pearly). Might wanna keep Abdle away from her.

Mantis: crying over her daughter cutting ties with her after refusing to marry, have sex, and eat the head of her future lover. she can't speak our language, the stone servant can translate, but is pretty cold.

Person in darkness: Is/was a scarecrow that was given life through their mistress Lady Shade Seeverar

guy in green mask: Dizelu's the name. appreciated those paintings. Is looking for leader of the Banisters with the man in top hat and mask, Velucifio. Try not to look under Dizelu's mask, you'll die seeing his real face.

Surprised she was still talking to multihat all this time. Good, seem to be hitting things off

Alright then, yes please, B. Since Gramleza has been talking with multi hat for all this time, I trust Gramleza is a better bet in learning more about multi hat, and helping make connections for a potential ally.

While Gramleza learns more about multi hat, We can talk to the overlord with the hole in his chest. But before we let Gramleza go, I want to ask where she last saw Kenku went. We had a spy rat follow and spy on him, and was planning on having him follow him to get info on Iron Dredge’s army as he trains with them, but he got caught by an angel, and Gramleza was the last who saw him. Would like spy rat to find and follow him again after the party, but need an idea of where he went first.

I agree with your suggestion that Gramleza should continue talking to that target. Where I disagree with you is on the suggestion for our rat spy. He should spy on the private conversation between Velucifio and Dizelu.

Well, I did say spy rat should follow Kenku after the party, not right away. Just wanted to know where Kenku ended up for later. Still want spy rat here for now to spy on others here.

I was just afraid that your suggestion was to wait until the party was over and the use the spy rat. Abdle don't like that he is in the lamp and giving him the ability to see with spy rat is the least what we can do for him.

B) why don't you talk to the other guy while they sort out whatever silly thing they're doing
>>

A. The best way to calm him down is by showing great respect, something pure patch is not doing. Go ahead a kneel before him, say it is an honor to make the acquaintance of a powerful overlord such as him. Boost his ego, and you’ll get what you want from him.

OH! right, the spy rat
yeah, let him spy. Though I'm not sure why we can't do both. But since Gramleza said she's got the Kenku situation covered, we should be fine

But spy rat needs to be more careful. Try to hide behind more cover, hide under tables, under people's dresses, under a teacup solid snake style stuff like that.

A, to fuel his ego and get him to like you, especially if we want a overlord cult leader on our side. In a way, he's kind of the same as Bobbie and Abdle, using lies to get by just like us. Except I think he has the strength to back up his lies if needed. Also, his rock heart thing carrying a god is kind of like how Abdle is stuck in an apple.

Well masky just shot up on perk usage. 2/3 of the founders of the (local) heroes guild would open diplomatic doors. Vel's proven he can parse evidence well though. He sees where things are going. Perhaps overlord here is legit or perhaps he's a fraud (like us). Does it matter to us? Enough to make an enemy of one of these two? Stay outta this. Just leave this one unsolved even if if pains my inner detective to do so... file it for later perhaps....

hm, if what she says is true about the other kingdoms not taking him seriously, I can imagine this guy might be one that has trouble allying himself with other kingdoms.

Ask if he's looking for and willing to form an alliance with another kingdom in the future, cause we have connections with one, and would like to schedule to meet him again in the future to discuss a deal between him and the overlord of that kingdom if he is interested. Mention that the stars sees great potential in him, that can be molded into prosperity for the two kingdoms.

As for who to talk to next, A. I believe he said that he and the inquisitive possibly needed our help with something. Ask how you can help them both
>>
No. 1121173 ID: 78ccbe

And seeing as Crimson is leaving soon, might be time to move spy rat to a new target before he sees the rat on his way out, considering there doesn't seem to be anything else from Velucifio and Dizelu.
after hearing what they were talking about, I'm agreeing with Grand Marshal to use his perk on him, but I'm thinking we should lean towards Dizelu to help sway the heroes guild on the side of Bobbie. Would be annoying to have heroes come after her. Might even get to have heroes take our requests too!

Anyways, move Spy rat either to the person distracted with the window, or straw woman distracted by bird cage. Not sure who, if nobody else votes, I'll pick window watcher.
