this just in! horrible news, Quest author Lonely S. World's computer was complete consumed by a rogue virus! no files were seen to have escaped the carnage, death toll is expected be measured by the GIGABYTE!
L. S. World had this to say

World: "I assure you, everything is under control, all essential files (including those of CrashQuest) were safely evacuated in the early stages of the incident, and I expect to have a new computer up and running as early as tonight!"

L. S. World will now answer any questions you may have regarding: Crashquest, LW fanarts, this incident, future projects, or anything else

you can also use this place to discuss CrashQuest amongst yourselves, or make fanart requests

Auuugh the perspective on that image gives me headaches.

Is Tom looking down or forward? If down, then Ace is falling, with his foot stuck in the ladder, and the other one against the oddly placed wall(?), as well as being completely off balance. If forward, then why is it at such a weird angle, and why is Ace braced against the wall at all?

Also, yes I don't think Ace really is a bird at all.

Ace was a bird. Emphasis was. The longer you go without dying the more mutated you got. Remember Daisy?

>>358532

The first person perspective crowbar holder is at the edge of a passage of some sort with a ladder descending into blackness. Ace is busily lunging up that ladder and has just leapt for first person perspective's face. I forget the exact scene.

LonelyWorld: Sometimes, in your latest quests, you've declared some actions to be failures or successes a la an RPG. Is the failure/success of these actions determined by a roll of some sort, or does it have something to do with, like, the number of posts in favor of the action, or whatever? Or is figuring out how this fail/success system works part of the game?

This might've been asked already, especially if you've used this success/failure thing in your non-CrashQuest stuff (I haven't read most of that :< ).
>>
No. 51476 ID: 3af198

all my characters have a list of skills

proficient skills will automatically succeed, also suggesting the correct action during a decision will always succeed.

I often roll dice for decisions that are either out side the box, outside a characters skill set or unlikely to succeed,

there are no automatic failures unless it is literally impossible to achieve

the only other situation I use dice is when mechanics are visible, for example Colony Guard and Pinkskin Quest have visible health bars I show this because I roll for Damage received.

Gnolls Bane is an exception to all this, and hugely dice reliant
>>

Ah. Thanks!

Could you give us a list of the playable characters' skills? Or, at least, their proficient skills? Some of them are obvious, like Zane being good at combat and bad at diplomacy, but it'd still be nice to see them all listed.

I appreciate your taking the time to answer all this, btw.

it's easy and fun!

1) Oken is five heads tall, so draw five circles!
2) now draw in circles for some of the important joints, as she is female Character I've chosen to make her hip circle slightly larger than her ribcage.
3) now connect the circles to give her form.
-a)Oken's Neck is as thick as her thigh, a common trait of the Dorau race
-b)the foot and the thigh should follow parallel paths when standing
4) add circles for remaining details, and a square for the end of her snout.
5) connect the circles, draw the snout and add eyes and fingers.
6) remove construction lines and added remaining details.
7) block out the clothing
8) detail clothing
9) assemble as single line layer.
10) at flat colours and you're finished!

if you have any questions feel free to ask!

I've done a number of quests with full nudity in them, and I am interested to know how the community feels about this. has it improved the quests I've run?, cheapened them? made no difference?

do you think it has any impact on the community? should all the images be spoilered? should I do more quests with nudity? should I keep it out of specific/all quests? should I have more male nudity?)

what ever your opinion I'd like to hear it
>>
No. 73758 ID: beeca1

>>73757
No real effect, it generally wasn't too gratuitous.

And no, no real impact on the community. I don't see any reason to spoiler the images. No real preference for nudity, just don't force it in/out of quests. Have it happen when it'd logically happen, male and female.

kinda do like spoiler images on nude images just because if you out and about for whatever reason and decide to check on TG just to kill some time it is nice not having to look over you shoulder to make sure nobody is watching your laptop, smartphone, tablet, or whatever but then again it's not that big a deal so I won't be devastated if people don't spoiler there images.
