Lizard head to Bannisters. If they are studying monsters, they might be interested in the giant lizard statue's head that was cut off to study. They might want to investigate that place to see if it's an extinct monster, or a potential giant lizard monster that's still around.

Chicken Toucher's hand: to Beobefu, specifically the God of Scorching sun. They might need that as a sacrifice plus it reminds me of Familiar Unfamiliarity quest with that hand we had, and Scorching Savior Soldier being born from that. It makes so much sense to send that severed hand to the God of Scorching Sun guild

God of Angry Shitting mask: I see no place this would be acceptable. Considering it's a god's mask, Maybe Beobefu??? But then again since they please gods, that might piss them off that we sent them proof we killed a god follower.
