For future reference, outline a general combat strategy instead of declaring moves one by one. Otherwise this would be boring and take forever.

Use a potion from your bag! Then strike back.

Strategy:

I would recommend you try to catch it, even though it does look pretty weak. I don't think there'll be any more interesting creatures in the starter region and it might help to get one of those as a security backup for now.

We really do need something better than a rat, but catch it anyways.
