And now that the CounterQuest has been paused for a while, I want your feedback. Is there anything that should be done better? What do you not like? What do you like? How's the Counterquest?

This is vital, I die without feedback.

Did any of Helena's minions make it across to the desert world? I'm not sure if this was ever stated.

Maybe it's something you do on purpose, but the single biggest flaw of Tory's Tower is that there's rarely much happening in any given update so sometimes it's hard to come up with new suggestions because nothing has changed to make previous suggestions any more or any less valid...

We must make Tory build an Iron Man suit for exploration of dangerous ruins and repulsing of intruders. Yes, no or some other idea that's better?

I mean it's pretty clear that he has little problems with personally killing, he's just not very good at keeping limbs attached and stuff. So a suit to help with that pesky problem would be a good thing.

It's cool though! Tory's not just some gadget man who wields precursor artifacts; he actually knows how to build his stuff. He can probably Macgyver up some tool or another to call the Doc and get the tower sent over... or maybe even recall it remotely or something.

If not, he can always "invent" a lot of crap and become a billionaire, then build a new tower. I mean, with the information on the camera, he can probably make an improved teleporter anyway right? Maybe?

Either way, next time he gets the chance, he needs to build some kind of robot bodyguard. One that carries some cloned spare parts, and has surgical programming.

I think it stagnated a little since Tory is short on resources and we can't make RIDICULOUSLY AWESOME STUFF, but right now it seems pretty awesome, fighting heroes on even footing.

Well I'm not sure what the goal is at the moment. Tory came back to his homeworld to see how things are. Turns out it's now a dull radioactive nuclear wasteland. I was bored until you threw this J guy in, now it looks pretty interesting. I'm excited to see what's up with him.

It's already been said, but it feels like some updates don't advance the plot and beget other suggestions. We don't want to spend 2 updates sorting thru the filing system, unless there's some kind of danger or intrigue. I think you are starting to get into Tory's past and his secrets, which is interesting, but that feels like it progresses a bit slowly - maybe start dropping a little more info about that and it will pick up.

Sorry, I kinda lost my wind with Tory's Tower. You cannot believe how hard it is to draw right now. The quality has gotten pretty ridiculous to maintain. There have been several nights when I have drawn something, then disregarded as shit and continued next day. So, I am trying to keep up now, but I cannot promise too consistent update-schedule.

Also, on other news, I just finished that long-named quest, Kaustinen's Pretty Short, Unamusing Quest to Attain Alcoholic Beverages, Punch People He Hates and Escape Some Sort of Surreal Alternate Dimension. I would like some thoughts on it. It wasn't anything too serious, but more of a time-killer.

And lastly, I have started in my boredom ANOTHER quest on MSPA's adventure-forum. To Hell and Back which is about a boy who ventures into underworld to save his bro.
Now now, yes, I have been focusing on it a bit more because the idea feels fresh and it is bit more fun to draw than HUGE-ASS COMPLICATED SPIDERLORD.

I felt like this needed to be posted from the IRC:
<Insomnia> I thought you said Huey Freeman
<sleepRand> Huey Freeman, who was Gordon Freeman's cousin was one day in nucluar powerplant, watching over fuel rods
<sleepRand> He was looking at his monitor, but then Tory Sinclair came inside from the door and said
<sleepRand> "I will steal the fuel rods and build atom lasers!"
<sleepRand> Huey Freeman tried to fight him, but his robots stoppeded him.
<sleepRand> Tory Sinclair went out of the powerplant into his copter and flew off.
<sleepRand> Huey Freeman was thinking that he should get the fuelrods back so he went to the garage and went into his monster truck
<sleepRand> He arrived in Tory's lair, where Tory was building atomic laser-robot from fuel rods.
<sleepRand> "You are too late" said Tory. Robot began to move and began to fire its atom-lasers at Huey.
<sleepRand> Huey dodged and rushed to the robot and kicked into the stomach and the robot fell.
<sleepRand> "Curses!" said Tory but Huey said "Not so fast!"
<sleepRand> "Too late" said Tory and activated intruder-throw-away system, which picked up Huey and threw him out from top of the tower.
<sleepRand> Huey took his shirt and made it into a paracute and flew off into safety
<sleepRand> The tower disappeared in flash of teleportation, and everyone was happy.
<sleepRand> Later Huey went to participate in Freeman family meeting.
<sleepRand> The end.

Now that Tory's Tower is wrapped up maybe we can get some questions answered...

Did Doc have any agendas or did he stay with Tory?
What was the deal with the void reflection?
Did the mining outpost in the desert world successfully mine a lot of minerals?
What happened to the Ancients?
Was the Armipotent being on Earth up to much or was it just lounging about in general?

>Did Doc have any agendas or did he stay with Tory?
Stayed with Tory, corpses etc., studying alien species etc.

>What was the deal with the void reflection?
What?

Did the mining outpost in the desert world successfully mine a lot of minerals?
Some. Tory did fall asleep during construction of one of the robots, and that robot malfunctioned when he was gone, rendering it useless.

>What happened to the Ancients?
They are still few around. Remaining ancients are running out of time anyway, so they might not stay for long.

>Was the Armipotent being on Earth up to much or was it just lounging about in general?
Almost all armipotent beings are not sapient, so yeah, if you are talking about that water-thing, just lounging about.

I misread suggestions and made this image, herpa derpa.

Have you ever tried to play a real motherfucking organ? You have to be as nimble with your feet as with your hands, and twice as dexterous with your hands as a normal pianist, plus being able to keep track of several different sets of keys at once, individually manipulating each appendage independently of any other.

Look at this image! THIS is a motherfucking organ! Capistrano?

IIRC, the ship control boards from the Lensman series were described as akin to organs that, instead of directing air through pipes, directed superheated gas through thrusters (I think that even with the Bergenholm, they stilled used reaction drives... Better go reread them!).
