A young, empty-eyed Plath woman is there, clad in a nightgown. Once again, Lorraine is looking at you. She is silent and unbreathing such that you aren’t sure she is there at all.

You: “Lorraine?”

No reply.

You: “Uh… darlin’?”

Lorraine: “When I’m dreamin’”

Lorraine: “It feels like you’re here”

Lorraine: “But it’s just me, my memories and my own self.”

Lorraine: “There’s nothin’ new there. Just me tryin’ to fool myself again”

She turns her head toward the attic door.

Lorraine: “What?!”

Lorraine: “I’ll be down right quick Ma!”

Lorraine: “I knooow! Save me a bite!”

Lorraine: “No, I ain’t goin’ on the roof again.”

Lorraine walks toward the roof steps and fades away.

Find that old photo with Anna Stark in it and pocket it for bringing along to Susanna. The letter to go with it, too. Then go to bed.

So, reading the letter made her show up this time, but she was faded out and couldn't see you, then vanished. At least we know she's still around.

The first time she manifested, and strongly, it was because you were fooling around with Sally up here. The second time she manifested strongly you were up here with Ramona. I bet if you got Sally up here again, and maybe made out with her a bit, you might get Lorraine to manifest powerfully again.
