I must admit, things are turning out even better than I had planned. When I set out on this route towards power, I had no idea how quickly I would gain these footholds. But sitting on a throne hewn specifically for me, in a dungeon that belongs to me, full of minions who are loyal only to me...

I knew I would succeed, just not quite so spectacularly.

We need some peeps to get to work cleaning up the blood and corpse.

Medical attention for all wounded would be good and get those nails out of the front door.

Back to business as usual I guess.

Ah, it's good to have all that out of the way.

A few minutes later and your suggestions have all helped me. I've got Tislomer looking after Babrakus, and her initial diagnosis is hopeful. He should be fine.
Meanwhile, I've got Finesse resetting the traps, disposing of the body, and cleaning up the mess.

Get the 'herbal aids' you require and pass off your new-found enthusiasm as the result of her violent display. Then proceed to 'thank her' adamantly.

A day passes.

Arabella is showing signs of rapid recovery and seems better than ever. Her visit to my Vault concluded, she will return home to Commander Coriander's tower.
I believe we all owe her a debt, for her bravery and ferocity which helped to defend this dungeon. If she wasn't already employed, I would offer her a place here as a guard. Alas, she cannot stay, and we all know this.
Today, we have gathered to see her off.

"Goodbye, Arabella. Thank you again for visiting, and for all you did for us during that brief but dangerous invasion. Please, give my best to the Commander."
>"Please... call me Bella."

Which exactly are the Jynx´ symptoms, really? I think that was never troughly explained, and I feel like soon enough the explanation will sum up to what we, of higher wisdom, would call as 'estrus', 'mating season' or 'heat'.

Not to take away from this moment, but this brings to mind that you could use some proper muscle on your staff. Babrakus is awesome and all, but he's a carpenterbold. You seem to be more a dextrous fighter than strength-based, and we can't expect Tislomer or Finesse to do the fighting.

"Goodbye then, Bella. Please, have a safe journey."

You're right, I certainly need a guard. But it was lucky for us that Arabella was here when we were finally attacked. She has a way with that blade.

Watching her walk off into the distance, I find myself reflecting on my own... proclivities. I certainly don't believe it was the sight of blood that provoked the reaction in me, nor the act of violence. Perhaps I am wrong. It is a very hard thing to separate from all that happened.
But if I had to put my finger on the catalyzing event, I might suggest that I was incensed by...

Victory.

Oh but Muschio will. Much confusion will be had. Then glaring. Finally, (sexy?) punishment meted out by Coriander!

In fact maybe we should send Coriander a letter immediately, apologizing for the delay. Then we can get the consequences out of the way quickly.

Very yes. A letter about how Muschio had difficulty meeting the goal placed before him, but after some difficulties and a bit of help, he was able to perform the task at hand. In addition, Arabella managed to help protect the vault! We should sing her praises in the letter as well. She helped a lot.
