You lay out the nori flat on the bamboo mat, then use a soft spatula to spread the rice on top of it. Make a line of delicious ingredients, then roll the bamboo mat so that it rolls the nori up smushing the rice alongside it to act as a sort of glue. Then you use a sharp serrated knife to chop the resulting roll into slices.

We have the fish!
Do nothing violent. Instead tell Bonbon that you just need to show everyone how great your sushi is! Free sushi event tomorrow! Set up a stand. Advertise it loudly and when you have a crowd unveil your new super sushi. Offer free samples so everyone partakes of it simultaneously and together. Make sure the new sushi is laden with highly toxic blowfish skin and organs.

I only have 18 ounces of puffer, most of which should be poisonous. I used 6 ounces of poison per roll, tallying up to a single ounce per slice, that should be enough to kill just about anypony. Either way I could always cut them to bits with my knife~ Teheehee Hahaa Haaaaheehaaa!!!

yes you need to fake kindness and share one to each pony that you cannot best is martial prowess.

Whoa, whoa! Composure! You want to keep it together all the way until you're figured out. Make lots of regular sushi as well so you can pick your targets and spread confusion as EVERYONE might think they've been poisoned.

Where would they normally take sick/dying ponies? Secretly stash some good arson material like canisters of (cooking) oil, gas or liquid fuel nearby. People will flock there for cures or to attend to friends and relatives and if you can light it all on fire while it is packed full then it will be glorious. Especially if you wait at the exit...

Also try to get your hands on a lot of sleeping pills. You could convince ponies that they are an antidote and everyone will take them. That will make them easier to catch!

Better taste one to be sure it's effective.

hmm... they are a lot smaller, would the poison kick in before they are far enough away that you aren't suspected? if so then give them normals.

No point killing them. You'll just get caught faster as the poison works quicker through them. Give them non-poisoned sushi and hopefully they'll attract more ponies to your free sample area.

The poison won't affect them until it hits their stomachs. The body size of the victim will not matter on the quickness of their death. Also fugu is a very potent neurotoxin, meaning it kills by paralyzing the muscular system and then the victim will die of asphyxiation. They will die silently but very painfully.

Give the fillies the fish

Killing them now could just give your game away. Try to manipulate them into helping out. Show them your sushi knife mark. Tell them that sushi is an exquisite type of artistic food. The making of which is easy to learn but incredibly difficult to master. It's a meal and a snack in one convenient package! (They are young, you need to get them in the right hyped-up mindset before they try it.)

Give them some non-poisonous sushi, but see if you can get them to take a tray of sushi each to give out to everyone they meet in order to let others know how good Chops sushi store is. Give them a sob story if required. Cleverly suggest that maybe one of their cutie marks could be based on advertising, sales, diplomacy, teaching or guidance. If this cute trio can't distribute all your murderous sushi before the toxin sets in then I don't know what will. Tell them to only give out one per person and they can have the last three pieces for themselves as a reward when they're done. Either way just say that you will have a special non-sushi reward ready for them when they come back to you afterwards... That should motivate them.

Use her as a hostage to get close to rarity, then kill them both.

It's tempting to really fuck with their heads via their familial connection, but that won't give us more points, and it'll take time. Stab Rarity right in the eye, then impale her sister upon her horn.

Stab rarity using sweetiebell. Her horn might not be that sharp, so you might want to sharpen it first.

Well, we got to kill them quick. Stab Rarity in the back of the neck, then disembowel Sweetie in front of her.

Did you ever think maybe you're not the Chaser? How do you know you're not just imagining you are? Have you been hearing voices telling you to do things? They might not be real.

Kill them quickly, whatever method you choose, you've lost precious, precious time and where Rarity is the others are sure to be on their way.

Just gotta go for quick kills, can't get all Cupcakes with it, sadly. Who else is nearby? Look out for Twilight Sparkle, she's dangerous.

Finish them off quickly starting with the conscious one. Just cut their throats open with a sawing motion. You are on a timer here.

Then start the chasing. See if you can get a good blunt weapon. Club, hammer, anything that can break skulls and windows alike. You want to break into locked houses and catch ponies in places where they cannot get away.

When we're done with Pinkie take a good look for anypony that may have foolishly hung around. Unfortunately all the easy pickings are probably dead or gone. We either need to move on quickly and not remain in the same place for long to make locating our self harder or just hide out until the timer runs down, we do get bonus points if our mark survives, plus this guys been so entertaining I think I'd want him to live through this anyway.

Well we can keep Chops body going until the end. Activate Chaservision and head for the next target at full speed. Just go for full shock effect. Burst in like a berserk zombie, bite their faces off and cut them open.

I don't know which I prefer, the choices aren't very descriptive so I'm not quite sure what I'm choosing. Is the bad ending the one where we kill Derpy or the one where we leave her to continue our rampage? Is it considered a happy ending if we die together in some kind of romantic way that would look really creepy considering how many ponies we killed beforehoof? What even counts as the true ending, is that the ending that is considered canon for the sequel regardless of what ending we get while playing? I'll vote for whichever ending is closest to my suggestion back at >>436674.
