There are legends about this place? Do tell, of importance would be any that would talk about 'why' a goddess of life is the template for a bunch of giant war-machines (presuming she's one of those conveniently named types of deities and not like mayan corn gods who also happen to enjoy walking around in human skins.)

Since we don't have a container to store any in, we should just leave the pool for now and investigate that tunnel.
