Why would she want you to hate her? Her recent completely ridiculous actions aside, my impression was that she's always been great to you. If it's just so that she'd have an excuse for emotional distance, then she's just trying to bury her own feelings and really shouldn't.

As for hating being your sister, presumably because of the whole incest thing- if she wasn't your sister, she'd probably not have met you and spent so much time bonding and wouldn't be in love with you at all. Surely she wouldn't want to give that up. And as for being siblings standing in the way of love... in my considered opinion, that's more a problem for everyone else than for the two of you, and your opinions are what really matter.
