At the top you think you recognize Tempest's name, and at the bottom another name: Sir Stormweaver.
You notice Tempest shift. Catching yourself, you quickly look elsewhere so you don't seem overly nosey!

'Stormweaver' is our family name, a family that ruled back when it was a monarchy.
(I remember reading about this in one of my many history books. They ruled with uncontested power.)
(But that power ebbed away over time, leading to a referendum on adopting an elected senate and becoming a republic.)
(Though they no longer rule directly, the Stormweaver family still wields a lot of political power.)
(To be part of that family... If I wasn't a freaking dragon I'd consider her much more suited to being the main character!)

We had a four way tie somehow so I just had my artist friend pick two of those four to draw and this is the result. Seems like a fitting image for the scene we had with Eezeryh and Saint Duke earlier!

I don't think I mentioned it before, but the camera zooms out whenever you have Ceri run. For this section, however, we're permanently zoomed all the way out. Convenient, because this would be really annoying to do at the usual zoom level!

As you might guess, we need to avoid the VISION CONES of the various GUARDS wondering around. Thankfully, their paths are marked by that... uh... roof texture?

I did some research, and in the game this section's referencing, being seen would immediately teleport you back to start. This version's a bit more sophisticated, and the guards actually chase after you.

While being chased, this song plays:



And when you get caught, the following dialog happens:

Gotcha!
W-whew! Good thing I was able to portal us away!
Somehow the guard didn't fall in the portal~
Yep! Convenient, that! Hahaha...
(I need to avoid their sight lines!)

And then, well, we're teleported back to start. After that, you get sent back without any additional dialog.

Last time I think I just played the minigame, but we actually have an alternative option: Telling the game we can't hear audio. This happens when we do so:

Well! Today's your lucky day! We've set up an alternate way to do things!
Really, you should feel proud. You have it much better than those silly 'can hear the music' types.
They're gonna stress themselves out trying to keep a beat, while you get to relax and enjoy the show.
Enable 'No audio' mode? You can also adjust this setting from the menu later.

Continuing as normal, then!

We say yes. While you can gain very slightly more stats by beating the minigames, the no-audio route gives much bigger gains than losing the minigame. This makes it a nice middle-ground, perfect for the LP.
