I found the arms. These things NEVER fit right. But I have to wear them when it's too hot for the sweater. God damn dress codes. Why do they gotta have such huge hands on Mars?

Also, try checking under things, there's some suspicious lumps in the bed and pillows that could cover things and also it looks like one of the drawers in the bedframe is open.

Okay yeah TECHNICALLY I've seen it, but not knowingly. I mean if you told me to point to which dot that looks sorta blue in the sky and figure out which one was Earth, I couldn't tell ya.
I checked the drawers. That's where the arms were. And the chest part they attach to. I swear the school did like the bare minimum to adapt the uniform to a human body.

I hate the arms. They got these zippers I have to connect to the chest piece first, then patches I need to adhere together, it feels so weird! If their goal was to make the school uniform uncomfortable for everyone, good effing job.

What I did though, was I went outside, made sure the trash cans were back in, took a walk down to Space Supply to get groceries for the next month, took a break cause I was getting all light headed, then came home. I hadn't been out for the past 2 days so...I know the regulator is in the house. Either here or downstairs.

Classes start again tomorrow, so my plan is to get some food for me, and dad if he decides to come home tonight, and get my shit together for tomorrow morning. That includes the regulator. I'm not taking one of the public ones, their airflow sucks.

Uh it's about this big? Gray with some red squares on it besides a small button to turn it on and off. Should be a hole on top where I attach the breathing tube.

I'm guessing you're either the voice of reason everyone says you get when you become an adult. I mean, I been waiting a while to hear these voices of reason or whatever, so I guess that's you. Or I am going crazy from spending too much time outside without the regulator.

How did I afford it? I didn't, I think it was just one of my dad's perks. They been real nice to us for the past couple of years. I think it's to make up for the thousands of hours of overtime he's been putting in.

So yeah, you're me going mental or total strangers invading my headspace. I'm not sure which I prefer less.

Okay, what's your definition of overlord? Cause there's the provisional government, but they're not real suicidal. Just dumb. It's why dad has to stay so late over at Caldera-North, cause they're always in the middle of some emergency and need dad's help to control things. Only other overlord would be the Dean of Olympus-Downslope, and I don't think he's suicidal either. Stressed out, cause I see more gray on him every year, but I don't think he wants to off himself.

So are you more of the type to have set this regulator down somewhere odd, or the type to have just forgotten where it should be?
