Did the pre-screening program actually get cancelled or is sinnick just being lazy?

The purpose of the screening is to determine whether a reploid is a maverick. An ID's purpose is to identify someone who otherwise can't be. Gilded Goose is clearly identifiable without an ID. But, the reason Stabitha wants the ID is to check whether someone is disguising their identity, which Gilded Goose clearly isn't. In other words, the ID is irrelevant.
What is relevant is GG's attitude towards humans. While Pipo tracks down Sinnick, Stabitha can conduct an interview to determine whether GG is a maverick. According to GG, she's already had an interview with Sinnick, but we haven't gotten confirmation from anybody else that's happened.
She can ask open-ended hypothetical questions like "A human trips beside you and twists their ankle. What would your response to that be?"
If GG refuses to at least call for help, that would look bad.

It seems like Sinnick gave Pipo all the IDs he had, Pipo's just a courier, she doesn't have the authority to make demands of anyone anyway. if Stab Unicorn wants to follow up on the situation with Sinnik she'll have to do it herself.

Honestly, that's a totally justified reaction from Gilda. I don't know what sort of authority figure would leave innocent, law-abiding reploids stuck in a broken system where they could be mistaken for Mavericks, but it's certainly not one who belongs in our administration.

Okay, let's settle down. Don't count our geese before they're laid, or however it goes. Let's approach this methodically.

First, investigate the scene. From the last time we were here, I see that the area is mostly unchanged. That dark blue hexagon in the sky is a more uniform color now, the broken section of the fence has been repaired, some of the underground dots have shrunk... and most importantly, Chemical Formixer is gone, but one of her mechaniloids is here with a strange blue device. This looks deliberate.

Here's a question. What was Formixer's job while we were keeping Eden safe from Maverick infiltrators. If she was meant to be out here the whole time (repairing the fence, maybe) then it means she had to go somewhere and left her blue buddy behind. If she was working elsewhere, then she couldn't make it to our meeting and sent this critter in her place. Either way, it looks like she wanted to send us a message.

What's that blue thing next to the mechaniloid? Is it something we recognize? Maybe it's the message that our roommate wanted to send. But proceed with caution in case it's booby-trapped. With Mavericks about, you can never be too careful!
