The room is 10' square and 15' high. Walls are limestone, no less than three feet thick.

One door, an inch of solid iron, 4' wide by 9' high in the exact center of the wall. Locked and barred from outside.

There's a sturdy-looking steel hook mounted in the center of the ceiling, and a mummified goblin corpse (minus digestive tract) in the center of the floor.

I have an enchanted banana peel (not proud of where I had to hide it) with an extradimensional space inside, containing:
-6 gold coins
-4 copper coins
-3 silver coins
-2 flint arrowheads (no shaft or fletching)
-one zinc coin
-imitation half-banana masterfully sculpted out of soft wax
-map of sewers and catacombs of the lost city of Irem
-silk rope, 3/8" diameter, 75 feet long
-starmetal nail file

Starmetal easily cuts through almost anything not magically reinforced, including stone, iron, or my bare fingers.

Carving through the door would be straightforward, but not quick, and the first scratch will set off an alarm.

I can't confidently take on the guards without surprise, miracles, or at least some armor and a real weapon.

Most miracles require ritual implements to set up. For example, if I had a small drawstring bag and a lit candle, I could summon things from below Irem of the Pillars into temporary bodies.

Lost Whisperers, I call upon and invoke you. How do I get out?

>Component Requirements: Drawstring Bag, Lit Candle
... Okay. You're not going to like this, but you have the tools you need to construct the ritual components. It's going to be boring and disgusting though.

>Lit Candle
Combine [Mummified Goblin Corpse, Enchanted Banana Peel] with [String from Silk Rope]. Scratch your flint arrowheads on the starmetal nail file to light it on fire.

>Drawstring Bag
Use the [Flint Arrowhead] to cut a small piece of leather out of the [Mummified Goblin Corpse]], then use [String from Silk Rope] to tie it all together. Use [Torn Paper from the Map] to reinforce if needed.

>Zinc coin
The heck did that come from? Did the banana peel interact with one of your coins? Keep it, though; there are alchemy tricks you can do with solid zinc.

Oh and nice to meet you.

Sounds pretty solid, only a few alterations- make the candle out of the wax you have, rather than the peel, and you should probably avoid destroying the map. Leather bag and wax candle to get help does seem like a good place to start.

Is the peel of the Elsewhere banana magical enough to act as a safe handle for the starmetal nail file?

I've assembled a crude goblin-leather pouch, suitable for basic summoning rituals. Not enough subcutaneous fat for a candle's worth of tallow, though, probably meaning an extended period of starvation. If that's how they treat their own allies... I definitely need to get out of here.

Silk rope reduced to 74 feet. Wax half-banana reduced to wax third-of-a-banana.

Gained small, lumpy, banana-scented candle.

Flint struck against starmetal doesn't produce sparks. I'll need iron or steel to actually light the candle. Or, with the First Scribe's sigil wrought in gold or brass, I could call on miraculous flames... among many other things.

Deliberately damaging such a rare map would be a clear violation of the tenets of my faith.

I can hold the nail file safely, just need to be careful about applying too much force. Wrapping it in banana peel would NOT help, and might risk damaging the (bizarre, shoddy) enchantment keeping that extradimensional space stable.

Steel hook mounted in the center of the ceiling seems like the thing to strike against for sparks then, just be careful with your hands and the file.

As for what to summon, not sure what the limitations are, but priorities seem like First Scribe's Sigil, so if there's a way to conjure a creature that gives access to that, lets do it. Other ideas seem like a creature which would allow you to handle the starmetal file safely, weapons/armor, strategic information gathering, body guards, that sort of thing. Creatures which can give you things, something with it's own magical power to conujure or what have you.
