Ok, how do I do this...I have no idea on how to get started, and I still don't think this is a good plan.

take 1 roll, and starting at one end, twist/roll the toilet paper widthwise. basically roll it the other way than what it is right now; you want a long cord, not a fat roll.
repeat for the other 2 rolls, then braid all 3 together.
