Heidi places her hand on the door but doesn’t push. Well, at least she knows there’s an exit here. She could definitely open it when she needed to, but emergency crews would be crawling over this place in couple of minutes, and Zeke could get intro trouble.
Heidi returns to Zeke, and to tell him what’s happened, but he’s filming himself.
“I’m here at the Old Dunkirk Hotel in Surrey Hills--a place renowned for its bloody past and its violent spirits--” He says. Heidi watches him from the doorway as he continues. “I’ve come here looking for the source of all the mysterious footsteps, bangings and moved objects in one all night lockdown!” He points at the camera, chest puffed out, but shakes his head. He starts to repeat himself, and cuts short with a groan.
Heidi approaches, and tells him the situation.
“Oh, ok, I see. Well, I think, maybe, it’d be ok if I explained what happened. I’m sure people get locked in buildings and stuff by accident a lot,” Zeke says, turning off the camera. Heidi doubts that, but says nothing.
