... Okay, why do you love throwing things so much?

Maybe it has something to do with your past.

I think it has something to do with the stalker who is likely going to harass you within six hours.

:ableicon: "Now I need to go to the other side of the island, but if it's going to take a couple of days I'm going to need to find food still, possibly something to protect myself with, and something to hold water in.

Not to mention that since these guys are survivors they might have a camp already and maybe we can all find a way off the island. So here's the big question....do I need to bring anything else with me?"
>>
No. 607620 ID: d3be40

Eh, not really. You may as well get going.

If you really need to spend one more hour at the coffin shelter, take the spatula and bowl. Combine the spoon and bowl if necessary. Remember to close up the present box, and try adding a second fence around the coffin to prevent people from directly stealing from it.

Then get going. Go back to the river and use the bowl to carry some water for the long trip. If you're worried about spilling then drink before you go to bed.

Finally, is there any bran left? Your new friend might want some.

Anything to do with that doll possibly?

Maybe Lil' Purp can catch fish?

Look, you don't have good materials to catch fish. Even if you twist the panties and bend the spatula, that's a whole perfectly good tool broken and possible danger of contracting a disease, just for a low-grade hook and line.

Why not just forage for food in bushes and trees? Lil' Purp may have abilities that can help him reach places that contain food! Just be sure to help him get the food that he wants, in return.

NO.

You just met him, he's friendly, and you're not starving. Please do not give your new partner a reason to backstab you.

Strange, why are there no ripe fruits anywhere? Ask Lil' Purp if he can find some fruit in the nearby area. If it's too hard for Lil' Purp to crack with his own beak, use one of the rocks (and gravity) to split the fruit-shell in half.

This is the anatomy of lil'purp

it is mostly made up of fat and adorable....no sharp or even hard parts it seems, also he smells slightly odd and his rubbery skin does not look delicious.

It's possibly this is a mutant football that deflated alittle bit but if you had to guess it's more like a worm or snake that someone fed too much. Think of it as the corgi of freaky worm things....in other words lil'purp is not very useful for much outside company right now as the plump jello body seems to have a calming effect on you.

>"Ok so if I make a thin line and a hook AND find some bait
A net would probably be easier.

>Rubbing two stick together is not going to be too hard I don't think
It's actually pretty tricky. In particular, a lot of people don't realise that the selection of wood is important. Not only does it have to be dry, but it also has to be very hard. You can also use dry fine sand to increase the friction.

Nice work! I didn't think that the sticks, rocks, and leaves would be sturdy enough to make a river net. But it worked!

Okay, get the spatula and bowl, they should be good enough to scoop up fish and small objects from your net.

...Kinda strange how STURDY these sticks are. You've kept them in your inventory for about a day, and they're still not snapped? The rocks make sense, though.

So how did you light the fire?

Anyways, you may want to sleep in for the night. Your two new neighbors know where this place is, so it's not like you're stranded out here.

...Unless the coffin freeze-dries you and keeps you unconscious for over 12 months. Unlikely, though.

You have the materials, your shelter is still standing (which says good things about it), and the only problem is that you're starving, which shouldn't be a problem if Lil' Purp can find food for you to cook.

So first thing to do? Play some games with Lil' Purp. Test his abilities. Put some bran in hard-to-reach places (two feet above ground, in a small box, close to the fire) and see what he does. Once you have a rough estimate of his abilities, set out and find some food.

Whatever. Take a walk with Lil' Purp and look for food or other survivors. Next time Lil' Purp makes a fart noise, stop and carefully observe your surroundings - he may sense fruit or danger. Either one should supply you with adequate food.

...How are you holding up a net made out of leaves and sticks without breaking it?

For that matter, how are you capable of making such high-quality equipment (fences, nets) out of simple sticks and stones and leaves?

Maybe you made things for a living before all this. But what has to do with making stuff and throwing things?

At least you finally have something to eat. Cook the fish and eat on your way to the other side. Put the net next to the river so someone else can use it.

You may want to find a way to trap the fish so that they breed and live in some open pool, making harvests easier.
