Made a mistake while trying to do something with the original thread, lost all votes, sorry guys.

?1: What is this... Where am I? Ugh...

?1: Think... Why does it feel--

?0: "Ah! Found one! No, two! But, I wonder what genders they are?"

?1: Gender? ...I know I went by he, but... Was I male, morphodite, or unisex?

?1: And the other... I wonder what she is? ...If it is a she...

Question discussion thread is here: http://tgchan.org/kusaba/questdis/res/79561.html
If you're confused about what the genders mean, read up there, I posted details.

Vote for the gender, I still have access to the old thread but it won't show up anymore so I'm starting it over. Those who aren't online to vote will have their votes counted from the old thread, otherwise, new votes here only.

Once again, Morphodite and Male are tied. I'll go with Morphodite so people can get a bit more insight on how it works, I guess?

?1: Right, morphodite. Was always a bit odd, having those "extra bits," but I could still appear entirely male, so it wasn't exactly difficult.

?1: But... I'm still stuck in here. It's slimy and yellow, but there's a smooth wall in a ball-ish shape around me. I need to figure out what to do...

?1: No... No openings. It's sealed solid.

?0: "I wonder how long it'll be now..."

?1: That voice? It seems to be coming from the other side of the wall, straight where I'm looking towards.

?1: I think-- "Um, are you a fuzzball with bee stripes or a very spherical bee with a lot of fuzz?"

?0: "Actually, I'm a Guidel Bee! And my name is Termf."

Termf: "We Guidel Bees don't have stingers, so we can puff ourselves up to look friendly to creatures with intelligence, or dangerous to predators."

?1: "Oh. That makes sense."

Termf: "Say, do you have a name?"

Sorry for the delay, my tablet decided to stop working for a while. I know my art looks like it could be done by mouse anyways, but I need the tablet to get the sketching done to even have it look this good. Hopefully we won't have such long delays coming up.

Sure.

Take a look around now that you're outside your egg. What do you see around you, besides the other egg(s) and the bee? Where are you?

?1: "Alex. And... I'm not really sure what I am."

Termf: "You're a freshly hatched Vis'teo Dragon--often called a Visitor."

Alex: "I'm a whelp, then?"

Termf: "Most freshly hatched Visitors don't use that term, but yes! You are."

>>563668
Alex: Alright, angels... Looks like the gift still works, this should help analyze things.

Termf: "Eh--"

Alex: I'm inside a cave, bits of moss lining it, but not a lot. There are remnants of three or four eggs, mine included.

Alex: My eggshell has a Demon Brand on it, oddly, and the unhatched egg has an unusual aura. I cannot see anything unusual about myself or Termf.

Termf: "Y-your eye?"

>>564606
Looks like you have a Demon Brand too. Your eyes are glowing when you use this "gift". What is the "gift", anyway?

Reassure Termf that you're just analyzing things.
>>
No. 564613 ID: 9ddf68

the same symbol that is on the egg is on your side as well. So do we wait for the other egg to hatch as well or what? Also if anyone ask why your eyes are glowing be as ignorant as possible and act like you don't know they glow and when someone points that part out just ask doesn't everybody's? Mostly just saying that for laughs but if you don't want to then feel free to ignore that bit.
>>

Gift, angles, demon mark? For a freshly hatched creature, it sounds an awful lot like you have access to preexisting information.

Mind explaining what those things are, by the way?
>>
No. 564664 ID: 53ba34

genetic information maybe? or perhaps the power of the brand?

Okay y'know what, I'm obviously just going to keep procrastinating this if I don't do something. I was intending on a two-parter, but I'll have to upload this to get the patience to get the next one done.

Alex: "My eyes? What about them?"
Termf: "They were glowing red for a bit!"
Alex: "Is that so unusual?"
Termf: "It-well, yes... It is!"
Alex: "Is it also unusual for Visitors to hatch with all the knowledge of speech and such?"
Termf: "No, that's why you're called Visitors... You come from another life into this one."
>>564661
Alex: So, I'm not alone in having memories. "I was a Gufthem before. Have you heard of that species?"
Termf: "No, but I haven't really heard of many species anyways. Just Humils, Kubils, and Ohirgils."
Alex: "I... haven't heard of any of those. What are they?"
Termf: "Humils are tall, two-legged creatures with five fingers, one of which is opposable, pink skin, and barely any hair except on the top of their head.
Termf: "Kubils stand about half as tall as a Humil, and have no hair at all, instead having scales. They also only have four fingers, instead of five, but still have the opposable one.
Termf: "And Ohirgils stand a little taller than Humils, with green skin, medium hair across their entire body, except a lot of hair in a line from their forehead to the top of their neck. They have five fingers, with one opposable, but their eyes are have vertical slit pupils instead of round ones. What about the Gufthem?"
Alex: "Gufthem are tall with gray skin. No hair, but there are a few feathers along the arms and head, but only sparsely. We have large, four fingered hands, and a very square-ish face."
Termf: "I see."
>>564609
Alex: A demon brand? On my body? That shouldn't be...
Alex: "Hey, did you see a bunch of red lines in a symmetrical shape on me?"
Termf: "No, why?"
Alex: Seems like you can see things through the gift when I use it...
Alex: "My eyes were glowing red before because I was using the Gift of the Angels."
Termf: "The Gift of the Angels?"
Alex: "It allows me to see things differently, and to analyze them. I can also see things like the red-lined shape I asked about; there was one upon my shell."
Termf: "Maybe you were marked by something before coming here? I can't really say for sure, this is the first I've heard of this gift!"
>>564613
>So do we wait for the other egg to hatch as well or what?
Alex: "Are we waiting for the other egg to hatch, or...?"
Termf: "Actually, it's very rare for multiple Vis'teo eggs to hatch close together unless they've gone unhatched for over two years--at which point they'll have red and black spots. I was just waiting for you to understand your situation before we l--"

Very rare, perhaps, but not impossible, for it is happening right now. Be patient and let the new one come out on her own.

I would say the demon brand is why we can speak to you. Do you know anything else about the brand? Is it supposed to be a bad thing?
