YOU DUMBASSES. Looks like you fucked up this thing you were doing. Breaking into this piece of shit vault. Looks like the cops or whatever are gonna apprehend you guys. But wait! Looks like one of you can escape, and bust the other two out of jail later.

So whos it gonna be?

You realize that the cult place she was hanging in and the cult place you were hanging in were almost the same, other than all the interior walls and the useless map and stuff.
You're pretty thankful that the cult place is the only place that's identical between the two worlds.

Oh, so... the tall city is a dream too? I'm not sure what's going on anymore. Maybe we should try to get back to the flat city to see what the town hall meeting was about. Also, to check out the magic shop there if we have time.
>>
No. 552021 ID: 8fbeb2

Sooo there's CRAMP WORLD, which seems to be the place we consider reality, and then there's OPEN WORLD, which seems to be the dream place.
But for now, let's deal with the affairs of CRAMP WORLD, that is, busting the dudes out of jail.
We still have the bombsword lighter, so we certainly COULD bust the other two out...But the problem becomes where to go afterwards, because doing that is going to make a massive fuss, unless we can figure out a better way to do it.
I kind of want to poke around town or the jail before we try that...Or alternatively, go elsewhere and mess with the Lighter to get better at it.
>>
No. 552053 ID: 9ddf68

hmm, if there really are two worlds, and one isn't just a drug trip, we might have found a place to hide the other two once we brake them out... but we'd have to find a way to get all three of you there first in a sure fire way so you don't look like a moron when you try to teleport away from a bunch of pissed off guards and nothing happens.

You guess that other town was a parallel thing? You're not sure about it, but pretty much everyone there looks like someone you already know. You decide not to go back into the cult building, which looks SOMEWHAT DIFFERENT.
Besides, there's a magic place here, underneath almost everything else.

>>
No. 557612 ID: 4a75fa

Wait, important questions. Are your buddies still waiting for rescue in this world, or just the first one?

Go back to the place with the glass where you could see them and see if they're still there.

Also: if you have friends waiting to be rescued in multiple parallel dimensions, who do you have to save? Just the ones from the first world? Any one set of them? All of them?

Yeah, the lowest non-prison floor is the one below you. You COULD get through and into the prison, but you're not sure how you would deal with the guards and stuff.

The magic shop thing sounds like a good idea, but if you wanted to do that, you would have to plan a whole thing to rob the store, plus the stuff isn't really guaranteed to be there, and you don't know enough about magic to brew the stuff yourself, or whatever.

You thought this was the dimension you started out in??? There are only two dimensions, from what you've gathered. There's here, where your guys are in prison, and there's the picturesque town, where your buds aren't in prison. You're not really sure if they're your buds there, actually.

You don't think you could seduce the guard into letting you in. You probably could seduce some information about the prison, though.

...great. We just murdered a prison guard. I'm sure security won't go up or anything when he fails to show up tomorrow, or when someone finds his splattered corpse.

Quick, we need to replace him! Kidnap the other him from the parallel universe. If he's confused and has the wrong set of memories, they'll think he just went crazy and lock him in the nut house. That's way less suspicious than a murder!

(We also need to get rid of the body before anyone finds it, obviously).

There is jack shit in this station except for tracks and this cart. You take the cart. You can now use the TRANSIT SYSTEM on your own. The transit system goes from almost the bottom to almost the top of the city.

You look at the side where the lighter fell out on. It's a pretty safe assumption that it was non-buoyant. There really isn't any way to tell where it could be. You go to the other side to check for the dude.

Oh boy, there he is, floating in the water. At least he's definitely dead, you guess.

You go down and move the body to the other island. As a SOMEWHAT ESTABLISHED CRIMINAL, you have some experience moving bodies and hiding them. Maybe not DEAD bodies, but at least unconscious bodies. Wait, maybe they WERE dead. It doesn't really matter now.

You also steal his clothes. Once you get the other him, you've got to dress him up in something, right? You do grab all the shit he was carrying.

You got: One(1) Id card. - It's a card with the guys name and address and stuff. It doesn't seem to actually DO anything.
Forty-three(43) dollars.
One(1) whistle. - Looks like something that the guard would blow to indicate an emergency. All the guards probably have one.
One(1) Nightstick.

Anyway, looks like you've hit the first flaw in this so far SOLID PLAN. Which is, you really have no idea how to get to the other world. You've gotta cook something up before this guy's next shift, whenever that is.

God damn it. Poke your head in there to see if there's like, a secret path through the trees or something.

Otherwise let's go to the Former magic supply.

Not such a fan of trees, are you.

If only you had some sort of magical fire-lighter-sword-thing you could wage a war on trees.

You bust through some of the leaves. Nope, this place is pretty closed off, thanks to all the trees. Off to the magic supply, you guess.

Honestly, you probably would burn all these trees down if you didn't just buy this sweet new house. Also it's pretty blatantly illegal. If you were going to do something illegal, you would probably do something like, manipulate a bit of extra money your way. That kind of thing. Of course you wouldn't ACTUALLY do that, that would be silly.

Well, here's the magic supply. It looks like trash.

Wait, who's this asshole?
>>
No. 560444 ID: 4a75fa

It's yellow!

...what's he doing?
>>
No. 560457 ID: a87e3a

Ask him if he needs any help.

You ask him what he's doing. He tells you that this establishment was closed down under SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES and he is DETECTIVING the place out. He asks you to join him in going inside, because he needs witnesses to his detective shit.

You go inside. He shouts to you that he found a bunch of hatches and shit. He says it looks like an ILLICIT OPERATION. He also says that this could get juicy.

You go down some stairs. He tells you that there is no way this isn't going to be interesting.

There is a giant hole where where the thing that is at the bottom of these stairs is supposed to be.

What's that weird shit over there? The back end of a portal? Ask if there are any other entrances to this cave system. Maybe we can get to it via the mine?

So, uh, is a giant hole interesting or boring?

You say that a giant hole is pretty interesting. He says no its not!! It's not as cool as a conspiracy or underground drug plot or whatever this could've been.

Well, that thing over there looks interesting. It's too big to be a portal though. You ask him if there are any other entrances to the cave system. He tells you if he knew, he would've gone that way instead. Wait, he says. Maybe you could get in through the mine?? You tell him thats not how the mine is made. He says there are little doors that lead to cave entrances that where covered up so there could be the dumb giant inverse pyramid thing.
>>

What giant inverse pyramid thing?

I guess we could go get some rope or something to get down there.

Wait, weren't you supposed to get the yellow guy somewhere?

Where's the place you're supposed to get him, in this world.

Yeah you're right we're supposed to drag him over to the dark brotherhood.

Actually why don't you go over there with the excuse of the fact that the Dark Brotherhood is building that huge thing and the materials have to come from somewhere. They must be digging it out of the ground, which means they might be able to let us down here to investigate!
