[Julee] I get it... my scans aren't pulling up much. But this is supposed to be a lab... to think that they got so advanced, what happened to them... so continuing, the lab was used for genetics. The full roster of research from the top is Botany, Genetics, Biological Enginerring, Dna/Rna chemistry... I'm lead to assume they just made monsters. There a flagged article about some specific project to... re-populate the flora of the planet. I'm looking into it, turns out the planet was dying from the environment choking without plant life.

Then there's susan... We ran into her by accident. A human... but not really? It's hard to explain her special brand of insecurity. 'Gifted' with some special augments to help her in hostile environments and a headpiece that can translate 52+ alien languages I definitely knew she would be necessary for this mission. It's just... that... well... she wants to be some sort of animal, er, I guess little monster so the other girls have a hard time relating to her. But we do get along.

And then there's myself. I'm a noble from an aristocratic mermaid nation. My parents had blessed me the name of kuw-enxita-ga, which means little one... and yes I am the littlest mermaid of my age. A while ago there was a curse set onto the waters by an evil spiteful old man, just the worst. The curse would make it so that if a mermaid ever walked upon dry land we would die, but sadly on most mermaid homeworlds we are forced to escape the sea due to the land dwellers pollution and advancements... By the time I was born our race was in the endangered zone, and today my race is on the brink of extinction. I have set out on a mission to save the mermaids a long time ago, and after learning of a way to remove the curse I strive to collect the resources necessary so that I.... so that I'm not the last mermaid...
