you're fine, you aren't trained to wear heavy armor. as long as you can move at a good clip while using your weapon you are fit enough.

Raw strength has it's uses, but there's nothing wrong with leaner, more dexterous builds. You play to your strengths in a fight. For instance, in combat, the problem would hopefully be less getting the big strong elf grappling you off, as it would be dodging or avoiding her attack in the first pace, or keeping her from getting close with the reach advantage of your weapon.

If you want to stay upright time though, I'd suggest a wider stance to try and withstand the tacklehug, and maybe use your tail to keep balance. Less trying to keep yourself immobile as trying to move with, absorb, and dissipate the impact (the willow bends with the storm- the oak breaks). And maybe plant your spear against the ground and brace yourself against it.

Umm has tank written all over him, you and Fio I think are roughly in the same category, which is a size smaller and faster than Umm. Roda looks more like a mage-ish Paladin, so she's probably spell based, and thus on the squishy side. She should stay in the back.

you do so , the one behind you fall unconscious, but miss the one on your side. Ffff, I forgot to tell you one thing! The chances of hitting your enemy are much bigger if you attack him from behind or the sides...eh, it's not an hard battle anyway...
Oh, Unn knock his enemy down too and Nelin can now move.
The many loss have left the enemy team in a state of chaos, you can attempt to make them admit defeat and, if you are convincing enough, to join your cause

don't really see a point in trying to get these guys to join other then to stop any future bullying but the way you described them makes it sound that most if not all of them will wash out before long anyway, that and we are about to go on our first mission as paladins which is way we came down here in the first place.

Anyway have Unn say something (since we are still trying to hide the fact that Nydera is a girl) and then if they run off go check to see if Nelin is alright.

If they do still want to fight have Nydera move up next to Nelin and use heal on herself, then have Unn use another lunge to get the guy that Nydera just missed and what are Nelin's abilities? because I think we should have him then finish off the last guy (nonlethally of course) to finish the fight.

One really vital thing for supplies though: Water. Every single location has the potential for either no water, or bad water. Even if Fio or anyone else has magic capable of summoning it, the group shouldn't depend on that kind of thing.

Luckily for you not many had the same idea yet and you find yourselves a free table, Unn speak up first and say " OK I think we should choose our leader and the second in command too, if the leader is incapacitated, I vote Nydera and Roda, since you two have the strongest healing magic, that's my opinion, said that, I'll see what i can find on the location they assigned us" he then move toward the reception leaving you 4 to decide what to do vote who you want as leader and second in command for the battles, if both leader and second die in combat is game over BTW.

Well Nydera will be the leader obviously since she has us to give her GREAT LEADERSHIP ADVICE.
And i would suggest Unn as second in command since he has lots of health and wont be incapacitated easily, but i get the feeling that he will refuse. If that is the case then yeah Roda could be second in command.

And Kolud sky island sounds like the most interesting destination.

Healers as leaders? I suppose that works, since if you lose the healers the party is gonna die anyways. Might as well bypass painful part in the middle.

Let's see what we can find out about these places before deciding.

also before we really go to far into this what our team's skills again? Unn is the tank, Nydera is more of the fast agile type, and Nelin is our archer. What about the rest of the team.

let's just go with the flying island since Unn has some idea about it even if it's outdated and we it's one of the few place we could get any info on, so it's sounding like our best choice seeing as it's the area we have the most info about.

As for the leader thing, will Unn doesn't want to lead otherwise he would have voted for himself, Fio may be strong but she doesn't look like the type who would be good at telling others what to do, Nelin as we've seen panics under presser or when the odds are against his favor so I don't think a lead role would be good for him at this time. Shit that does just leave you and Roda. As for Roda, we've only really talked to her once and she only said one sentence to us so it's kinda hard to judge her character with so little to go on. I say we let you pick, you can either vote for yourself or for Roda to be team leader and the other can be the 2nd.

I'd say we don't want to go underground. Easy to get trapped or stuck, and food and stuff is harder to come by. Plus you need to burn magic or fuel for light. (Unless everyone in the party has darkvision, or we can supply magic sonic echolocation from our magic tuning fork?).

wait, do you just become the leader or did Roda? I thought Roda was a mage not a healer. Anyways if you're the leader I would say we should just load up on supplies first and then head off for our first mission, if you're not the leader suggest this to your group.

How about you all pose as a team because i am getting confused on who is who and what they can do.
