Casper has remaining capabilities that may be defined through suggestions outside of his current means. This is optional, and the fewer capabilities, the more effective they are.

Your inventory consists of a Machine Rifle with Thermal Camera, a powered Cutting Blade, a Slowing Force Field Grenade, a Nectar Vial, and a canister of Healing Gel.

A cursory diagnostic shows your vision is fine. It really is pitch black here. There is also an incredible torrent of water and noise, and you have no indication of your direction; even the floor is difficult to get a sense of. Just a moment ago, you were marching through knee deep storm water up along the reservoir inlet alongside Kari. Is she still with you ?

You're used to acrobatics, blind sometimes ! Why is it so difficult to get a sense of anything here ??

Will you swim in a direction, stabilize yourself and feel around, or do something else ?

Stop for a moment, stabilize yourself and use the the thermal scope of your Machine Rifle to look around you, before you move.

Seconding this, as it's a clever idea. See if you can get a feel for where you are before you go venturing off somewhere.

Viewing around in your scope could be dangerous. If anyone sees you aiming around while you are looking around the area, they may shoot you to not risk you being aggressive.

Getting stable is a first priority, is there a way to let your visuals adjust without using your weapon? Do that first if possible.
