Well you have some biological labs and stuff on the planet, don't you? If so then it's time to make your way over there and engineer a killer virus against the bees. Preferably one with a incubation time of say 7 days before it erupts into its full and deadly form. Have to make sure it's contagious as all hell as well. Then you just lock yourself into some nice hermetic bunker and wait it out. After a few weeks it should be sort of safe to go out and see what the damages are.
