Any questions/arguements/discussions about either quest, put 'em here. Also, I got a mod that can do facial expressions for ObliQuest now! :D

Yeah, I got a question, or questions:

As I recall, you posted a mod list in the first thread, a rather extensive one at that.

I just re-installed Oblivion, and I had a couple questions, the largest of which being:

Which mod have you found does the best job of removing the leveling feature that affects the whole world (as in, guards do not get stronger with you?) That's always been my biggest gripe about Morrowind and Oblivion vanilla, that if you want to actually make decent statistical gains, you have to properly balance what you learn to get maximal stat returns per level.

Beyond that, a few mods you really enjoyed? I've not really fiddled with the mods available for Oblivion, and what with just how many there are... I feel a bit lost where to start what with time constraints. Mind offering your two bits?

Or anyone else, really.

I am not the author, but I play Oblivion. Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul removes scaled leveling to a degree and tweaks a bunch of other stuff. I've played through Vanilla and with Oscuro, and it's a big improvement. All of the random dungeons are not scaled, but some of the quest missions still are, however, the scaling has been tweaked to where a non optimized character can still actually finish them. Now, this DOES mean you can get murdered by a bear in the beginning of the game if you go wandering around, but to me that just adds to the sense of ADVENTURE.

Bob, considering the size of the suggestions in Golem Quest, and the actual size of your own posts, I find it incredible you have enough free time to play oblivion.

You sir, are not human.
