I don't really know what's the big deal with you, my mom and the time you had together. Still, I can tell you that just because it's been two millenia since you last met my mom doesn't mean everything went better in this world. The Kobolds that once inhabited the camp were obliterated by this, to name one effect.

Anyway, we jump into the Big Snake River. I keep quiet for awhile, holding the goblin's mouth as well to keep him shut. In an instant, I see Murdelp return to the village, completely scared. He has this natural fear of water, for some reason.

I give the goblin a glance that said "I'm so sorry for my father." He seems to be mildly shocked, but he nods in response.
