>looks like objects have to make some kind of noise to let the enchantment know the object is there.
So I pretty much have to go knocking around on things to get them to show I guess? There's gotta be some other kind of way I get things to show up?
>The coyote's heart lost its purple hue.
It looked like it was still kind of purple, just kind of grayed out a little more before he slammed the door.
>but why? I think it might mean that a cursed person can emit their curse, like radiation, temporarily affecting others around them. Even worse, it could mean that curses are contagious, in which case you'd better be wary of hanging around any cultists
I'm not sure I've heard of curses spreading through the air, but so little is known about them it could be possible? It could also be an attempt to conceal the curse, but if that's the case, why would he do that right now?
Thankfully curses are somewhat easy to remove. As long as I can get to a church or someone else with purifying enchantments within a few days, I should be able tough it out depending on what I get cursed with, should I even get cursed.
>Marsh's heart got dimmer, and given that it coincided with having the door slammed shut in your faces, it seems like a safe bet that darker tones indicate a worse mood, and brighter tones indicate a better (or perhaps stronger?) mood. It certainly makes sense that Marsh would be annoyed by that. Sharcole's heart is pretty dark, too, which I'd attribute to her insomnia.
Hmm... I'm almost tempted to try and put this theory to the test? Maybe I could try asking Marsh some questions and see how her heart's color changes?
>Remember that spell Officer Nibbles used in the interrogation room to give you guys some privacy to talk? Ask her if that spell can also affect cameras?
Candy: "Could it be a spell like that one privacy enchantment you used back at the station?
Officer Nibbles: "No, the only kind of enchantments I can think of that'd mess with the cameras would be pretty obvious one. Either one that'd make the whole room pitch dark, or one that'd reflects light into the camera lens so it can't see anything. In the mall's surveillance room, we can watch whatever's going on live. None of it's being recorded to the tapes for some reason though.
>you’ve got a little blood coming from your eyes again.
>You might want to tell Officer Nibbles about this while you’ve got her on the phone.
Shoot, it is?
Candy: "Well, maybe you can answer a problem I'm having right now? The power here keeps going out and my radar vision enchantment thing activated. Whenever the lights come back on, my eye's start to hurt and bleed a little. Well, it's either blood or I'm tearing out porphyrins. Should I be worried?"
Officer Nibbles: "I'm not really sure? That's a really rare enchantment Candy. Just, try and get a little sample of it for now and bring it with to station for us to look at later. If you can't, we could always try testing it there too?"
Candy: "Sure, what's the worst that could happen?"
She sighs into the phone.
Officer Nibbles: "For now, just try and close your eyes for a bit till the radar fades before going into a lit room and see what happens. That's about the best advice I've got for now."
>It'd also be very helpful if you can figure out a way to activate your blindsight at will, rather than having to be in the dark
Candy: "I don't suppose you'd know a way I could activate the enchantment at will instead of having to sit around in the dark either?"
>maybe closing your eyes would work.
Officer Nibbles: "Did you try just closing your eyes?"
Candy: "Yeah awhile ago. I tried that and nothing happened."
Officer Nibbles: "I've- hang on."
I hear some muffled sounds come through the speaker.
Officer Nibbles: "Sorry, I've gotta go. The forensics team finally arrived. Call me if something comes up alright?"
Before I can say anything, she hangs up.
>is there any way to see your own heart, I wonder?
Maybe the white outline of myself is my soul, or whatever the hearts are supposed to be? It hasn't changed colors though.
