Jack, after some serious thought, I've come to the conclusion you should take the... Um... I guess I'll call him "Broker" since he's a information broker. Unless he offers another name to go by, that is. Anyway, I say take the Broker's deal. I say this for multiple reasons. One is expediency. You and us have no idea when the owner of this blood dungeon will come back. Could be two minutes, could be two hours. We just don't know. But when he, she, or they come down they're going to see their ritual has been screwed up and their subjects taken and they're going to be pissed. You'll want as much time as possible to get away from the hotel room end of the teleportation point you used, just in case they figure that was the way the intruder got in. Or worse, they show up when you're still here and catch you. Then you'll end up horizontally bisected and laying on one of these slabs, or some other terrible fate.
Second reason is if you don't take it, Nouille may pick up the next time you do that telepathic communication thing with her what you did, or rather, didn't do, to save her... Uh... Whatever alien naga dude is to her. If you get out of here with him, she's already going to be seriously angry at you for your impulsive actions getting him impaled and burned, so adding selfishly not taking the deal will just make her even more pissed at you. But if he doesn't make it out of here 'cause you didn't take the deal, Nouille is going be so angry at you she'll likely run you through with her spear, from the crotch upwards.
Third reason is Candi heard Mr. Broker here say the deal out loud. Assuming you somehow get her out of here by other means, she's still going to be pissed at you for putting your own testicle ahead of her life. And since she's the only other person on this forsaken rock that you can talk with who knows the world you came from. Having the only person you could possibly converse with seriously ticked off at you forever would be
Fourth is that denying Mr. Broker here his deal may piss him off enough to never deal with you again. Since he's the only potential source of info we've found so for on how you can get off this damn rock and back home, possibly cutting that line off is a bad idea. Granted you may never get another chance to deal with him, but if you do and have the goods to trade, you'll be kicking yourself then if you closed that possibility off now.
And the fifth and biggest reason is, is that IT'S THE RIGHT FUCKIN' THING TO DO! Giving up your left nut to save the life of another from ritual torture, being kept alive for who the fuck knows how long while terrible thing are done to either of them, before likely being killed is the RIGHT THING! For once in your fuckin' life do the right fuckin' thing! Seriously, don't be a fuckin' tool! It's just some pain and it's not like you need both nuts to jack off. And being able to say you gave your left nut to save somebody's life would be impressive, in a way.
Just make sure to get the whole terms of the deal from Broker dude first, and then sit in the point where you teleported in for when you take the deal, just in case the pain is serious enough to knock you out or make you curl up for minutes and minutes. That way if you're incapacitated, Nouille can drag you out when she does the teleport.
Also, keep in mind that the owner of this place has done dealings with Mr. Broker here before, and will most likely come to him to find out who intruded, how they did, and where they are. While the Broker won't take blood any more, the owner may be pissed off enough to offer something the Broker would take. Before you eventually leave, you'll have to either break the Broker's summoning... window, I guess, or break the breaker powering it. Hitting the window with the crowbar may work, but if it doesn't then you could break the breaker with the crowbar. You can do it when you get Candi's lower half. Just pull the breaker switch out halfway, then stick the notch on the crowbar's bent end in there and leaver the switch lever out, or possibly the whole breaker block. Actually, breaking both the summon window and the breaker switch would be prudent, if possible, just to be extra safe.
