I don't know if Kinasa has heard of this game, but it's called Resistance. Essentially how it works is for example, with five players, three players are the innocents and two players are the traitors. This is decided when each player is handed a card deciding their role. In addition, every player gets two cards: one card wins a mission and the other fails a mission. Every round, there is a mission. A person must be voted by players to pick two other people to go on this mission. If they are an innocent, they can ONLY play a 'wins the mission' card, however traitors can either play a 'wins the mission' or a 'fails the mission' card. If a 'fails the mission' card is played, the mission is failed and a point goes to the traitors. If only 'wins the mission' cards are played, then the mission succeeds and a point goes to the innocents. The game continues until either side wins three points. And the aim of the game is to discover the traitors so that they are not picked and end up failing missions.
Also, you can play this game with only a deck of 52 playing cards. Diamond cards are the traitor role cards, while Spades are the innocent role cards. Hearts are the mission win cards, and Clubs are the mission fail cards. An average innocent player has three cards: A spade, a heart, and a club. But they can only ever play a heart in game-play.
There's also a little rule which scales up some of the traitor to innocent ratios depending on how many people there are, and how many people must be sent on missions. Check that out here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Resistance_%28game%29
Anyways, I think this would totally be an awesome game to play, deception always is a fun thing to do when with friends.
Or you know, awkward twister, whatever floats your boat.
