I move that this evidence be thrown out of court. And then I move that the case be dismissed on the ground of insufficient evidence.

Then I ask that Slinko here be charged for prosecutorial misconduct, illegal search and surveillance, falsification of evidence, and attempting to frame me.

Also, he was somehow the arresting officer and the prosecutor which I'm pretty sure breaks separation of powers rules.
