She turns a lever at the base of your vat, everything begins to go dark...
"For now, I need you dormant, you aren't quite finished."

You feel unsatisfied with her answers, she seemed unwilling to give much information. Further thought eludes you as you slip into unthinking oblivion.

"Why am I doing this?... I haven't any other choice..."

You wake to fire and destruction. The Lab is a swirling inferno, nearly unrecognisable.
The Lizardman is fully formed, Defiu smashes the vat open with a length of metal, she drags the body over to a strange circular device on a pedestal.
She turns to your vat and smashes that open too. Then she hobbles over to the pedestal. One of her legs is wounded, she is also missing an arm.

"I won't let it end here" She turns on the power, looking sadly at you.
"I can't come with you, need to stay behind... make sure HE can't follow you two, I'm sorry I couldn't finish you both"

Far behind her, you see a red robed figure, arms cloaked in flame, his shining white hot eyes pierce you to your soul.

His voice sounds in your mind, flame rippling behind the words "I see you... I will find you..."

The lab fades Defiu's sad smile, tears down her face, are the last thing that you see.

Your vision returns. You are in a small cave, there is an entrance close by, some light shines through it. The Lizardman homunculus is lying prone on the ground. He doesn't move. It appears he has not awoken.

You are mildly distressed and very confused. The Red robed figure was terrifying.

You recall that you were meant to guide the homunculus.
You could haunt him, (This binds you strongly, you can whisper to the host and
possess him (The body becomes yours, this is not nice and will in the end leave the body an uninhanbitable husk), or
connect with him (You will be able to whisper nothing more).
Or you could do nothing. There might be more ways of interacting... You are completely freewilled.

It isn't very big...
It is very damp and mossy...
The floor is soft earth, a number of rocks are littered about the place.
There are some glowy mushrooms. They glow a faint orange.
A small purple crystal formation juts out, the light from the cave entrance is refracting off it in an attractive manner.
There is a exit, a pile of rubble makes a ramp to it, you cannot see outside the light shines through too brightly.

The Seehi homunculus begins to stir! He slowly unfolds, staying sitting on the ground and looking with wonder around him, the glowy mushrooms, the purple light caused by the gems and the light from the exit.

You almost feel as if you are watching a little kitten.

That is if kittens were large, brownish-yellowish scaled had the eyes of a lizard, had dangerous claws and were buck naked.

Well... the buck naked and dangerous claws parts fit... sorta...
Still for a Lizardman, he is kinda adorable. What with the green eyes with with childish wonder.
You also feel a sense of familiarity towards the homunculus.

You get him to dig away some of the earth, seeing as how, there might be a pad, as it turns out, instead the Seehi's claws hit against something.

A chest. It is unlocked and the Seehi opens it before you can react.

A steel short sword in scabbard, with a belt to go with it. A large cloak, a rucksack with dried meat in it. There is also a note, it reads thusly.

Well, that was spectacularly unenlightening, clearly Defiu was not expecting she wouldn't have time to insert directives, but she was expecting to be disturbed...

All the random colour changing you've been doing makes you come to a realization! You can use your body to emulate a prism, allowing you to create illusions by changing the colors and brightness of light.

At the same time you realize you can make a blast of quickly shifting and flashing colour!

Homunculi often have a strange power, usually related to the materials used in their construction. Homunculi are the only beings more flexible in how they can affected by magic than Nighoms. The making of a Homunculus is both a mark of alchemical mastery and a utterly forbidden act, mainly forbidden for how easily it can go horribly wrong. Only the creation of a new race is more forbidden and a greater alchemical act.

Perhaps we should have the Seehi collect some crystal before leaving.

We should test how our light reacts to phisical objects. If it disapears on contact, or bounces of with no effect, or phases through.this could be important, for instance, if it bounces of, we can percieve invisible things in the real world by bouncing waves of our ethereal light off of them.
Also, how sensitive are we to our aura, and that of the seehi?

It stops abruptly... the crystal , being... saturated? The crystal is still purple but there is a shifting red-blue inside, you feel a bit of power from it and a connection... Nirdhar turns it over in his hands as if sensing something, but he sees nothing and puts it in the rucksack

You put this from your voices, and decide to test your light on a few objects... The light seems to go through objects both rocks and Nirdar providing no resistance the light fades after a distance, loosing magical consistency. The remains of crystals however... consume the light... you find this a bit unsettling, but then crystals are known for their abilities of holding magics.

You look at what little of your own aura you can see...
Blue-red light shifts and turns, weak, but a sense of... stability?

Nirdhar's is quite different
blank, empty, but flecks of gold in twisting emerald... The twists of emerald are all that exist in it and they seem very thin and brittle.

Magic in Kigan is strange... in one sense it can be described as force of anticipation, make every thing look like fire will come from your fingers and it likely will... or not. Magic is animation, movement, when magic is drained from a thing it doesn't die it just... stops. Magic comes in three forms.

Heartflame: Wild raw magic from the centre of Kigan core, using this causes cancer of the spirit and one can easily get drunk on this power of creation.

Pollen: This constantly falls from the world tree Yaibggael (Yab-g-gale) who's leaves cover all but the lost ocean of Yuikna and whose root go deep into the Heartflames. The more pollen, the easier it is to do magic stuff.

Motes: These are what most spells turn into, a magic equivalent of ash. Though Motes are by far the safest and easiest to use.

When haunting, you only appear as an anomaly in their aura, only powerful beings or beings of a similar nature to you can see you when haunting.
The person you haunt can be empowered by you and you can use them as a conduit for your power.
The haunted remains in control of their body, and can only receive from you, they cannot take.
You make be able to draw an innate ability from the host, which you can carry with you outside of haunting.
Constantly switching in and out of haunting is likely to strain your spirit and that of the host. A day after haunting is safest to unhaunt.
If the person you are haunting dies, your spirit will suffer great harm.

Possession
This is fatal to the possessed, you can forcibly take a body, but doing this will mean you will destroy the body's spirit eventually. The benefit of this is it gives you a body allowing you to channel your power directly. The body however suffers rot from a foreign spirit residing in it and will break down after a time.

Those crystals exist in the real world, yet absorb energy from us. Considering the fact that our light bypasses other physical objects, perhaps we could attempt placing crystal shards around the ruins, and using our LASER to overcharge them and cause an explosion.

Also suggesting we appoligise profusely for ruining this skelleton's protectorate, he seems like a nice guy, and after these ruins are destroyed (assuming he does not go unto eternal rest) perhaps we could convince him to travel by our side.

The Ooze is lining the walls, it appears to be on fire, and moving much slower, it is slowly reforming itself. It doesn't appear to have lost mass.
Yes it is still going forward, just slower... while on fire. Doing that trick again will likely slow it down again, but it seems it won't kill it.

Try to grant nirdir your powers rather then just using it through him, when he does use it, try to support him (further empowerment) to assist in the effort of using said powers and make it easier for him to do.

Could the sphere of energy zap the slime? it is a bit slower now, could you run around and be on the other side of the sphere? or how about just outrunning it?

Or maybe we should just go with the skeleton's plan, he knows the place well enough and if he says that is more likely to bring the place down... Also its not like we can do too many such blasts, we have a limited number of crystals and it was tiring to blow just one up.

Much later, lets try to make the crystal that trapped a portion of us in it into a psi crystal, an independent magic familiar... now time for it right now though.

Skeleton: -Nice freaking lightshow, ye were so lying about not being a mage, well whatever, so we going to bring this place down or are ye just going to continue yer fun?-

You have an idea, you get Nirdhar to relay it.
"What if the Ooze was zapped by the ss-sphere?"

-But, it's just as likely to make it magical, a Implacable Gelatinous Ooze is not something I want to come across, things are bad enough without it teleporting or spitting slime constructs!-

"Right, let's blow this place!"

Nirdhar runs after the Skeleton as it leads him to the surface. He seems to overflow with energy, even as you grimly hold your existence together.

The pale light of Nanlach, shines down upon you.

The Sphere hovers, energy leaping from it to the surroundings, crackling along the runed obelisks standing ominously beside it.

Nirhar pulls a crystal out with his left hand, it begins to charge as soon as it comes in contact with his light claw. Emerald shines within the sullen purple, cracks begin to form, then he throws at the first pillar.

the sphere, further charges the explosion, energy leaping into the crystal.There is a blinding vermillion flash, The obelisk at first appears unharmed, then the runes appear to lift off, the obelisk turns to dust and the glowing grass green runes begin to orbit the sphere.

One by one the obelisks fall, and the sphere... shakes, the green runes constricting it. The final obelisk falls...

The runes twist, then explode outwards the building underneath beginning to crumble, the sphere seems to crystallize, then cracks from all over it, and the pieces fall slowly downwards.

The Sky grows thick with storm clouds! Thunder booms!

"FREEDOM! AT LAST!!"

What appears to be a dragon made of wind, lightening and storms rises from the shattered crystal sphere.

"I ANTIMPAVAROAH, DAUGHTER OF THE ELEMENTAL OF WIND AND A ELDER DRAGON AM FREE!!!"

She beats her wings, causing a thunderous sound, lightning crashes down from her wings, more crystal is shed downwards. Eyes like twin orbs of ball lightning gaze at you( YOU it can see you), Nirdhar and the Skeleton.

"YOU ARE THE ONES WHO FREED ME! I AM GRATEFUL, I GIFT YOU ALL A SMALL PART OF THE SKIES IN YOUR WEAPONS! AND YOU SPIRIT, I STRIKE THE GLORY OF THE STORM INTO YOUR EXISTENCE! IF EVER YOU NEED MY AID, FIND ME IN ERIMAEL!"

Wings of coursing energy explode from what could be said to be your back!
Then with a Clap of thunder and a flash, she is gone!

Skeleton: -Woah, was not expecting that... Well that's the Ooze dealt with for now, need to cross salt water to really escape for good... I guess I done with this place... It's all your fault ye know!-

In the distance you perceive the village, the skeleton seems to be at a bit of a loss.

Next update I'm using an echo system, basically if you back an existing suggestion it will add an echo to it, making it more powerful, you can also create discordance if you think a suggestion is bad, however if you discord you cannot echo, but you can make a new suggestion, you cannot echo and make a new suggestion, you can however, resonate, basically add to a suggestion or change it a bit. You cannot echo and resonate.

As you come into the village it becomes clear that they are preparing for somesort of market day. More than that however from the sounds of gossip around you there is to be a wedding. There is also gossip of a hedgewizard who is peddling charms other magic bric-a-brac. The hedgewizard is by all accounts a rogue and has been telling tall tales. He also has a white crow with a foul mouth and a sharp tongue.

Abruptly Kyarin speaks.
-Nirdhar, ye look tired, I have been here before, by all accounts there's a good inn nearby, The Nervous Nymph I believe it is called-

She leads Nirdhar there. He gets a meaty stew and some kind of fruity mead. The price of the room is not large, seeing as Nirdhar has no Leons, She pays. She watches him eat intently. She also gives a tattered layout of the village to look at. You imprint it's image in your mind.

Nirdhar sleeps, and you find yourself released from his body. Evidently you can't haunt an unconscious body.

It would be a real shame to waste this opportunity by rushing into things. Lets wait until we are more adept at magic and have perform requisite experiments and knowledge gathering.

I am loathe to go too far away from Nirdhar as he might get possessed by an evil spirit, those should be attracted to him at his current state. So lets stay near him, even when outside him we should stay near. This limits what we can do.

First thing first, Kyarin Viotellez just saw us pop out of him. Introduce ourselves as his guardian. Answer what questions she probably has. It is possible that, if she is willing, we could examine that magics that animate her and learn something about necromantic magics. We want to study the magic that makes her “tick” so to speak. Her bones are floating by magic, something we want to learn how to duplicate. And learn what we can about the forces animating her. Also maybe we can add necromancy to our growing magical repertoire

In town, it would be worth it to observe the mage and see if he is legit or a charlatan. We might be able to trade power with him if he is (haunt and draw a skill from him in whatever magic he performs, empower in return). This is if he can even sense us. This should wait until Nirdhar is awake and can walk there with us...

We need to experiment we have a new type of magic (we gained lightening magic, had light magic before) and we should experiment some... preferably a bit out of town (so float out there). But this also has to wait until nirdhar is awake.

Rest of stuff goes in discussion thread. Experiments (with d20 rolls) can wait until we are done talking to her.

I vote against making the psicrystal familiar currently as we know too little about magic, and any preparation will take time and knowledge we do not have.

During the night you should simply float through walls and examine in detail the insides of the bodies of the living people sleeping in the inn. Rolling first 1d20 for that.

In the morning, explain your plans to nirdhar. The plan is to be near him at all times but not in him for the immediate future. Do the following things, in order.
1. Sell 10 Leaugr incisors and 10 Leaugr claws. (second 1d20 roll)
2a. Check out mage, see if you can see him and if he is legit. If he is introduce yourself as a guardian against the chel, offer to trade him magic via haunting him and:
A. Drawing knowledge, skills, powers of magic from him into yourself.
B. Imbuing him in return with either the light magic you were born with or lightening magic you from from the dragon.,
C. The deal requires he stay near nirdhar and protect him, as well as relay your suggestions to him, for the remaining of the day (you will be released upon him going to sleep)
2b. If the mage is a fake, go outside town and have you, nirdhar, and Kyarin all practice your new abilities with lightening magics you got from the dragon. (the dragon specifically awarded all 3 of you with that boon).
3. Regardless if 2a or 2b happens, you should have time for nirdhar to pick up a musical instrument of his choice to learn and practice. 3rd d20 roll for finding that.
4. Regardless if 2a or 2b happens, there should be some time for nirdhar to see if he enjoys any local sports, either playing or spectating. 4th d20 roll for this.

Specifics and rolls of mage interaction (2a) or training (2b) should probably be hashed out when/if they actually happen. As either could be quite a lengthy process with lots of RP.

Thankfully the walls are made from wood and are thin enough for you to move through.

You are able to move through people, noticeably making them quite uncomfortable as they sleep, but you cannot see their insides, in fact, you cannot see anything when passing through a large solid. Interesting.

However you can more clearly make out people's auras, there is a lot of variation but there always seems to be at least these three things;

Background: A general colour of aura, against which all other attributes are present.
Thread: A length that runs throughout the aura.
Accent: Usually hovering near the Thread.

You don't really know what these mean, but each feels different, perhaps you'd understand more if you knew what to look for?

We need to experiment in the following ways:
1. Cut one at weakest point and see if dies. if it doesn't try another, unharmed one, at a slightly less weak point. Repeat until you find what is the weakest point that is sufficient to unravel it..
2. Repeat the above but cutting at two points at once.
3. Repeat the above at more then two points at once..

Those should find the ideal situation to destroy them with the least amount of effort.

PS. we seem to be getting normal plain training from him... didn't we want to offer him a direct mind exchange via willing haunting and empowering? After we are done learning from him this way lets suggest that as per previous posts on the subject. Offer control of either light or lightening or both in exchange for his knowledge...

At first you seek the thickest knots and you look closely and see that smaller strands anchor these, you cut them one by one, and the wrongness slowly crumbles, tears into pieces that disappear.

Surely there is a quicker way?

You look again, trying to find the point where the the ill is weakest, you see something like a gap where several parts meet , you make that larger... Then the ill unravels itself, that felt harder to do than cutting the anchors. The unravelling goes faster the more gaps you release. At five gaps however... it is different. What happens is... did it eat? Itself? It was almost too fast to see, but looking on it the healthy stuff where the ill was seems... weaker... Clean but weaker. In fact in general the bits where you cut strands are stronger, well not as weakened.

You decide that going to the wedding would be interesting, that and good for Nirdhar's development.

There is a large crowd gathered, but it poses little resistance to Nirdhar and Kyarin. Somehow, your party manages to get to the Front and you see the Bride and Groom.

The Bride is a Leoni, in a glorious green dress, the Groom is a... It is a Gnoll! Well fancy that they aren't common this far south!. He looks good in those clothes.

The Priest performing the Ceremony of Union was more interesting. A man in full silvery armour, With cloths of white and a white staff, A Redeemer of Wraiths! An unusual wedding indeed.

“MARRIAGE IS WHAT BRINGS US TOGETHER THIS DAY!” The Priest's hollow voice loudly echoes from his Horned helmet.

He talks of love and duty, it is very stirring stuff, the Bride's eyes shine with happiness and the Groom grins a brilliant fanged smile. The Crowd is filled with the power of the priest's hollow voice. You cannot help but feel touched, you feel more whole, Nirdhar is staring with rapt attention. Kyarin's hood seems pulled even lower over her Skull.

“BRING FORTH THE BRACELETS!”
There is the sound of trumpets (where did they get the trumpet players?) and a three tailed KITIR bearing forth the Binding Bracelets comes. The horned fox spirit walks on it's hind legs, the dark silver bracelets on a cushion between its' forepaws. That is, unusual to say the least.

The Bracelets are linked together. The priest reaches for them, then draws back.
{Darkest Hour}
“CAJII, THESE BRACELETS ARE POSSESSED BY A NIGHTMARE”
The Kitir by the name of Cajii shrugs
“Guess we shouldn't have used those Bracelets we found in those ruins”
“Can't you do something Reatel?” The gnoll groom growls.

There is a loud empty sigh.
“COME OUT YE FOUL CHLAN, JUDGEMENT COMES, YOU SHALL ANSWER!”

The Bracelets twist, and a foul metal kind of scream comes out, They twist and expand changing into a metal serpent with smouldering yellow eyes. It seems to be about to speak, when Reatel grabs the thing by the throat by a plated hand.
“YE SHALL NOT HAVE A WORD ON THIS BLESSED DAY MONSTER!”
The Priest's eyes flash white and he glows.
White light bursts from it's mouth and eyes. It changes back to a pair of bracelets. A foul smoky form rises but Reatel grabs the smoke and crushes it.

“WELL THEN” Reatel picks the rings, which are connected, he pulls them apart, like a magician.
“DO YOU RIALA COLSO BIND YOUR LIFE TO THIS MAN?”
“I bind myself come what fates come. In both curses and blessings”

Reatel places the bracelets on them... they glowwhite hot... are the bracelets part of their skin now?!?

They kiss among cheers and laughs.
Then the music starts up and the feasting begins.

A few women even dance with Nirdhar, much to his embarrassment, seeing as how he doesn't know how to dance. He greatly enjoys the food. Kyarin says she'll be waiting back at the inn.

However part of the way though the feast, you and Nirdhar bump into Reatel the Redeemer.

“AH I DO NOT SENSE THE SMELL OF CHLAN ABOUT YOU SPIRIT, YOU ARE HERE TO SEE THE WEDDING?”

Your voices swirl, thinking of what to say.

There are actually a few things that I think Nirdhar (and we?) should train.

Firstly it would be good to do some physical fighting training. Sure it's nice to blast people away with magic but when it turns out that something is immune to it we get slaughtered.

So we could go out of the city, ask Kyadrin to assist us and begin the training. It would be awesome to actually try and combine a sword and Hand to hand combat combination (so Nirdhar gets proficient with both the sword and claws) but depending on how hard the training is he should focus more on using his body as he could easily loose the sword.

Also tell both of them to watch out during the training so they do not hurt each other.

Another fun training would be for the three of us to actually talk to each other and to seek other people to talk to (stories/politics/gossip/whatever). We maybe good at talking to others and understanding the hidden meaning of their words but Nirdhar probably isn't. Also it's just cool to know stories.

I would not recommend training magic right now. Maybe in a more secluded place so that if we get more ideas that could turn into explosions we don't actually destroy anything. And we tend to get ideas liek that quite often.

But the most important thing to do would actually be to ask our comrades what THEY want to do. Maybe Nirdhar would rather want to learn music or dancing instead of honing his fighting skills? If so, then we should go with his suggestion...

Now that I mentioned it, before doing any training maybe we should just go around the town and look at people doing various things (cooking/dancing/singing/smithing) so that we may see something that our brother gets interested in?


I'm going the sister route :P If we we're a brother I would actually go BATTLE TRAINING ALL THE TIME instead of being so carefree :P

mmm... We just leanred that we, spectrum, lacks the power and identity to haunt a powerful being such as said priest. And we can only defeat the weakest of Chlan.
We need to mature as well. While nirdhar SHOULD choose his hobbies, weapon training isn't a hobby. Nirdhar must get weapon training. I suggested he learn dancing because he liked dancing with the ladies... he doesn't have to of course but its a suggestion.
What he should do is choose hobbies, he should try them and see what he likes... mmm, Idea: Even in rejection you learn and grow. Trying out a hobby that many like only to find out it does not suit your tastes further defines you as a person.

Todo: Find ways to creatively apply the holy light to better use it... Idea, we can imbue nirdhar with the holy light ability... we could haunt him, then we generate a protective field acting through him, while he uses it offensively by combining it with the light beam blast.

Anyways, hobbies that nirdhar could try and decide if he likes or not are:
1. PnP Roleplaying games
2. Singing
3. Dancing
4. Raising a pet
5. Tending to plants
6. Reading: Fiction, Real stories, History, Science books, etc.
7. Studying magic.
8. playing sports
9. Watching spots and cheering for a team.
10. following the escapes of famous world renown heroes.

Since we ALSO need to develop we should try those that are practical as well... I say we should learn to sing. Goes well with being a woman, feel pretty. OH! See if we can form our amorphous light self into a humanoid female form. And adjust the colors of different parts of our body to make it look like we are wearing clothes.

The children are a little sad when Nirdhar leaves them, They had gotten to like the “Funny Scaly Man”. You return to your wanderings, when you hear a voice. It is soft and clear, full of joy and love. It appears to be a mother, hanging out clothes to dry, judging by the mask she is also a Kithan.
You stay and listen for a time. Could you really make sounds as beautiful as that?

(As for battle plan:

The fact that Dusk is probably a singular being instead of a mass of voices like us will be it's downfall.

Our body was created by the conciousnesses of all of us. Thus it's structure is not a solid one but instead one made of parts connected to each other.

Our will kept them in place. Dusk on the other hand doesn't have the will (as we just kicked its ass pretty hard) to multitask at keeping them all in place when we attack at many places (as we are many).

So I say we should repeat what we were doing but use the light to pull away pieces of it so they can be destroyed easier. At the same time I'm sure our voices can turn into a strong message of compassion and duty that will show it how weak it actually is compared to us and how all it says is lies or nothing we would want. And since it's the same as us weaking it's "identity" or "spirit" with our own reason and voice is as powerful as a direct attack)

well we are definitely not using that.

Well now. This triggered dusk in the first place, but will it also result in corruption and resurgence of dusk if we use it? Or was dusk always there and merely the process of "feeding" awoke it?

We should ask Reatel to wait for a moment (I would like to be here when our friends wake up to explain. If he is too far away already then we will talk to him later).
Ask him if he is hurt, if his staff is damaged, and the question above about the "consumption" of light. Ask him if he could teach us any more about being a priest. And explain to him exactly what was happening, us being a homonculus of sorts (normally something to keep quiet but under these circumstances...), and ask for his insight on what happened to us and about the method we stopped it. Also if he knows someone who could teach us proper magic, as a being of magic we naturally mess with it but its dangerous and we almost got killed several times already, we need proper instruction.

We should of course go and check if Nirdhar is ok. Same for Kyarin. But then of course we can't really wake them up forcibly, as the last time they saw us we were a monster. And being suddenly woken up to see the thing that was probably just about to kill them (even if it's in another form) is kinda bad. So if we see that they are ok we should just wait for them to wake up and then start apologizing for putting them in jeopardy or, if it seems they'll stay unconcious for a longer time, ask Reatel if he could help us get them to the inn.

I think it would be best if we can get Reatal to join the party. We know that Dusk is not completely destroyed and if we bungle about and accidently awaken it again and this time fail to suppress it then it would be best for our friends and the world at large if he was there to put us down. Dusk went toe to toe with him even while fighting us and I would shudder to think what it could do once we are more then 2 days old and actually gained some real power.

When we harmonise our light and voice, the waves do indeed make bright places in the matrix, but as these waves amplify in some places, behinde the sweep of light the waves shall cancell each other, making a space of null-light withing our self, and in the projection of our power.

No matter, you are more worried about Nirdhar and Kyarin, you float over to them, they are still asleep, though that seems odd in Kyarin's case, you hope nothing is wrong. Nirdhar is peaceful, he doesn't seem to be having any nightmares or such. Your first impulse is to wake them, but considering how they may have last seen you, that may not be such a good idea.

You look at Nirdhar's aura and Kyarin's spirit muscles, both seem much more stable than before...

Agreed. We just fought Dusk using their belief in us (and vice versa) as an argument. It would make us hypocrites if we would hide the truth from them.

As for how to say it...

I have something to tell you that saddens me greatly. You do not remember it but I feel that it's wrong not to tell you as I care about both of you. A few moments ago I have learned that I might not be such a good creature as I thought myself to be. While you were training I decided to do the same. A stupid mistake summoned a Chlan spirit... and I think it could have been inside me all the time. It said so itself, but it could have been just a trick to crush my spirit. I do not know for sure. But I do not believe it.

If it wasn't for Reatel, who arrived here, that creature, Dusk, would probably hurt you.

I know that what I speak of might be terrifying and shocking but the only thing that allowed me to beat that vile creature was the love for you and the fact that you believed me to be good. I hope that what I said will not destroy that feelings.

And I'm sorry for putting you both in danger. Will you forgive me? (Maybe spread your arms for a spectral hug and wait for them to do that?)

Hmm, depending on on the town and areas we may go through we will need different things.
For clothing we should go for something reasonably inexpensive, comfortable, and durable; hemp or it's equivalent should fit all of these criteria, and we should be able to pick up a mid-thigh length tunic and leggings easily.
Avoiding unusual colours would help a lot in making Nidhar less noticeable in a crowd too.
Footwear of some sort would be handy, but the chances of finding digigrade sandals may be low due to a lack of customers for them.
After that we should find a decent cloak and suppies such as a waterskin, rations and sleeping gear.
Thankfully having an intermediate town to our destination means that any gear more suited to less...mediterranean environments can be purchased there.

If we can find the spare time it would be a good idea for you and Nidhar to practice using your blessings from ANTIMPAVAROAH!, both haunting and seperately, focus on manipulation and movement of the energies contained in the sword and your own body. We do not want to neglect developing an ability that could greatly enhance us both.

Yup, small tiny end, but really the fight with Dusk was the finale for this chapter

You decide to Head for Tagan, the land of songs and joy, considering yourself to be too weak to counter Chlan wraiths in Terrestra. Canrtin sounds dangerous in it's current state of turmoil.

So it was that Spectrum the artificial Jinnous, a Chorus of Whispers began her journey.
She found about some things about her self
She strengthened her bonds with her vat-brother the seehi-homunculus Nirdar Brighthand.
Kyarin Viotellez a wight of a kingdom long gone joined them in their journey southward.

Southwards to Tagan.

What will they find in that land of masked peoples?

There is one mystery above all the others that you wish to know the answer to.
Who was Tristum? To have such a powerful familiar... no mere hedgemage...

Why was Antimpavaroah ,a half-elemental dragon, imprisoned within a sphere?
