Get a metal pole or something from here. Set the spider webs on fire. Sneak back to that one section of ventilation ducts with the fan leading down. Stick the metal pole down to break the fan, then crawl down to the level below so we can find the power station.

I climb back into the shaft, closing the grate behind me. The fan isn't spinning anymore! In fact... the fan doesn't even look to be there anymore...

I shimmy down the air shaft. Slowly at first, then quickly once I get a feel for it. The shaft opens up into a small room with a large console in it. There is no covering on this duct, and no one seems to be in the room.
