Calvario. Make a note of that boys. We'll have to ask Muschio if that name rings any bells.

It's his mother's uncle, as told earlier in this thread, which confirms that this is a "flashback" of the events at Mudthrush cave (possibly right before it).

Say...
Do any of you think these dreams are a side effect of the implanted orb shards?

Muschio sleeps, dreams, but sometimes drawing on the subconciouses and memories or amalgams of memories from implanted individuals.
Im not sure if hes had one where the presence of a sharded person wasnt a component or not.

Just something ive been wondering about.

Yes, but I can do you one better. When we went into Finesse’s dream she was a child talking about wanting to marry the lord Malto. She kept referring to us as “Mojo.” But given that we are the voices of Muschio, what might a young kid call us if they can’t pronounce Muschio?

I have one question: did they demand surrender, or are they simply murdering every ogre in sight?

Because if they're that stupid then I bet the ogres aren't responsible for every murder on the highway... and the people who did are ordering paladins of justice to cover it up.

Calvario: This is wrong, and you know it.
You did not declare war.
You did not demand terms.
You did not even bother to talk to them.
And now your men are gleefully shoving artillery rounds into their faces.
This is not war. This is slaughter.
Someone, somewhere, is laughing at how easy you all are. The ogres are going to be blamed for things they didn't do. Which means whoever did all those murders is going to enjoy getting away with them.

Stop your men. Now. Before you damn yourselves in the name of God.
Like countless others before you.
If you can't hear god, then don't rape in his name.

Don't look, Lil' Dompag... Please. Don't look.

Calvario, you know this is wrong. You can give the order to stop. Your men do this in darkness because you don't want the sun to see, to do this in the name of God isn't just wrong, it is blasphemous. If god wouldn't forgive this, if you wouldn't forgive this, then call off the attack. Give the order. If you're men are loyal, they will follow.

Because he's not living in the same reality as you when he prays. It's an addiction to god, to cope with the wretchedness he refuses to acknowledge, both in himself and the people he worships.

Get explosives, stop religious marauders.

Thoughts and prayers for our poor, pointy-eared friends. Such an unavoidable tragedy. If only something could be done about loose alchemical reagents like that.

Logical logistics... supernatural sparks.

The explosion was a natural expression of Classic, Euclidian physics.

The spontaneous, otherworldly fire that started it could not be.

It took both at once to rapture the zealots.

Hmn.
Looks like that place has its own small god.
Spirit entity.
Guardian or whatever.
Could be worth meeting.
See if the faith that sprung up out of this small spark that triggered a large event has left a mark on it or empowered it in some way.
Pendle will be interested.
