Rocio is a resident of CRUST CITY and sorority sisters with Landi. Since Serah successfully helped her on MOVING DAY, she’s agreed to help keep the Kensington Party in tip-top shape while they’re holed up in Minga and not actively adventuring.

Dragon Form Carrying Capacity: 800 lbs

Rocio decides to work on Kayk's STRENGTH in order to increase the amount she can carry in her dragon form, which is half what she should be able to carry if she were in shape. Improvements in lizardfolk form carry over to dragon form.

Rocio quickly tests Kayk’s squats and deadlifts. Kayk can squat 140 lbs and deadlift 170 lbs without her form failing, which is well below average for her metrics. Plus, even these two quick sets are pushing Kayk’s limits.

Should Rocio:

2. Give her a few minutes of rest and explain proper form for other exercises

“More reps! Just a few more! More!” Rocio demands.

Kayk collapses to the ground after she gets a few more in, but Rocio doesn’t slow down.

“Stay limber! Keep moving! Flex those joints so you don’t get stiff later!”

Kayk tries her best, even though she’s struggling. Good work, Kayk!

“Keep going! Lift higher! Lift harder! Be stronger!”

Kayk, out of breath and desperate for the workout to get easier, has a brilliant idea to do all of those things.

One cacophony of hot air and whooshing wind later, there’s a full-sized dragon in the gym. Unfortunately for Kayk, transforming is a workout in and of itself. Kayk is K.O.’d.

Rocio decides to close the gym for repairs for the rest of the day.
