Pomanticar

Romanticar is a quest where normal people do normal things, except they're all secretly in love with each other.

-Unknown wiki patron

Romanticar is a series of short but thematically similar quests run by Reaver after the indefinite hiatus of MudyQuest. The series is characterized by its imitation of certain romantic anime and dating-sim tropes, as well as an emphasis on secret or forbidden love. Fan reaction tends to be divided, but the series has received enough popularity to thrive on its own.

Our protagonist, Franklin.

Romanticar 2k2x

Romanticar 2k2x takes place in the future, where robot gladiator combat has become a spectator sport. But what does our combat-robot's AI know about looove~?

Uncompleted

Janine.

Romanticar 2

Janine's all grow'd up now and looking for love.

For certain definitions of 'love'.

Ken.

Romanticar 3

Follows the adventures of Patricias' younger brother Ken at Saint Mary's Board School For Troublesome Youth.

The Romanticar Supremacy

Benjamin asks out Esmeralda. Stuff gets...submissive from there.

Also a time paradox is narrowly avoided.

Romanticar Revolution

Ainston feels that he and his twin sister Ainsley have grown apart.

Season 2

Hadidah.

Romanticar Requiem

Nerd girl Hadidah has a crush on her younger brother.

Rocco and Ricci.

Romanticar Redemption

Rocco feels that he and his twin sister Ricci have grown apart.

He becomes increasingly distressed when his she suddenly ups and leaves for a prestigious boarding school with out even telling him.

Determined to find out why Ricci is acting this way he decides to attend the school himself.

Oh yeah it’s an all girls school, cue cross-dressing hijinks.

Turns out that Ricci has some rather romantic feelings towards her brother…

If any of that sounds familiar that’s because it’s almost the exact same premise as Romanticar Revolution (see above).

(There’s also quite a few references to Reavers' other quests)

There's some interesting concept art and a short comic of Rocco & Ricci over in Reavers art thread on thatotherquestsite.

Pomanticar

Pomanticar was a one-shot gag quest set in the PokémonQuest universe, with loose Romanticar themes. Starring Clive Steveson, the brother of Steve Steveson. It looked pretty promising until sudden BAD END. That damn Skitty temptress.

Romanticar Divisions

This summer Fiftyeight makes his startling return to the spotlight in CANCELLED

A cancelled comic project of Reavers’ that presumably followed Fiddys adventures in college.
