This is an extremely delicate situation that must be handled with the utmost care.
We are close to an important ally of the Sisterhood, and eliminating her would be a deep strike against them. An innocent is being tortured, likely murdered if we fail to save her. Much as I wish otherwise, however, our chance of saving this girl does not look good. There are two enemies in this room, one likely a formidable fighter, the other a prominent guest whose disappearance would not go unnoticed.
Take out one, and the other will call for help or be prepared for battle. Speaking with Mint will put us at the risk of her deadly whims. We might not even be able to defeat someone as strong as Pepper. And if by some means we capture them both, it will not be long before the guards and maids check up on them.
The dutiful thing to do would be to leave while we still can and continue our mission. The honorable thing would be to risk our life to save the prisoner from their cruelty.
A: I have developed a plan to save her.
Accept the offer to stay and watch them. Mask our shocked and furious reactions as us, a shy maid, being flustered but intrigued by whatever wickedness is about to ensue. Once Mint is convinced we find her attractive, timidly request to pleasure her.
Make it look like we're making a sincere effort to please Mint out of attraction to her dominant personality. Once she is unconscious, suggest to Pepper that she might need rest and offer to help her bring her boss to a bed, in person to avoid the risk of her finding the bodies we left nearby. To save their victim, we shall claim that we were told (by our other superiors) to bring them extra rope in case someone needed to be tied up, and offer to either bring the prisoner with us and/or call a guard to bring her back to the prison, before returning in our soldier disguise and leading her out. We may find the opportunity to defeat Pepper as well, but if not, we will at least save the innocent girl.

Far too risky. Destroying the tools we were told to bring will only turn their anger on us. The ensuing conflict will set the fortress on alert with little delay.
