I'm mostly just going with whatever the quest decides to be, but there are some specific things I can mention. Here are the ones that come to mind at the moment:
We never got around to properly addressing the time that Nanako molested Akane while she was unconscious. I already had an idea of how Akane would respond to that, but I put it off because the middle of the mission wasn't the right time, and I thought we would have a chance to discuss it in the aftermath, as well as how to deal with various other plot points.
There were some times when you seemingly introduced a story element because it seemed funny at the time but then didn't want to keep it around, or didn't think about how it actually worked at first. For example, it was mentioned early on that Akane needed a buttplug tail (which she conveniently had) to disguise herself as a raccoon, but that was just a one-off gag and never became an issue when Akane used shapeshifting afterwards, to mimic things like a velvet worm's neck.
Some more proper names for important characters would have been helpful. Random guards don't need them, but they were absent even for major characters who were mentioned often, such as the cumbersomely long "Mother of Mayhem" and "Priestess of Pain". Even the daughter of the Empress wasn't given a name, and I only started calling her "the princess" because it was more convenient than saying "daughter of the Empress" whenever we talked about our mission.
Some of the choices were unclear. One of the first choices we had was between "stealthy and silent", "intimidation" and "disrupting the chain of command". The first is a skillset, the second is a general strategy, and the third is a more specific tactical goal. It was not clear what we were choosing or how our decisions would influence it.

I certainly prefer 1: the events of the quest were the actual story. To me, the sex was not as interesting as the adventure and story elements. It's funnier that the actual world seems like a porn parody of itself, but it seemingly wants to make sense and the people in it try to take it seriously.
The characters could be reused in a non-sexual context. It was established that the reason things went that way in-story was because all the enemies were using protection magic with an unusual weakness, and another story doesn't need to involve the same spell.
Alternatively, you could say that it was a movie that was taking itself oddly seriously, and have the next story be about the actors making a different movie in a different setting. It ultimately depends on the kind of story you want to tell.
