EXTREME response would be along the lines of "Well I'll just have to beat out those eyes so you can't see! Followed by beating your head so you forget what you saw!" Probably too EXTREME though. Less extreme would be tearing off his stuff so you two have even footing. "GRAH! Let's see how you like it pal!"

Whack him again to knock him out! Then you can put on HIS clothes, since he’s so rudely destroyed your own outfit. Once you’ve dressed yourself, you can tie him up somewhere precarious and consider yourself victorious~

(Also, his clothes are probably fireproof, so even if he breaks free, he can’t pull the same stunt as before. Come to think of it, why haven’t we invested in a fireproof costume ourselves, actually? Do we secretly like this or something?~)

How unsportsmanlike of him to attack while we are stuck! It would seem combat has ended. We can still profusely object to this arrangement! The hero was carrying the captured Dissonance, she was wiggling the whole whole time.

Tiphanie: "Come on this isn't fair, I can't even play my instrument while it is tied with me in this stupid hay. My whole performance was supposed to last until the morning!"

Pieter: "That is the whole point. The more you are away from the village the more the power of your music will stick around. If your performance lasted any longer somebody would have died."

Tiphanie: "Oh please, what I gave these villagers was the most impressive show that they could see in their entire boring life. They should thank me for what I gave them, they will be telling stories to their kids of this night."

Pieter: "Yeah yeah, this isn't the first time you told me this. Also didn't you forget to tell me something?"

Tiphanie: "Oh yeah, how could I forget? I'll get you next time! Curses you you foiled my plans once again! You haven't heard the last of me! You and I aren't that different! Some people pay money to be handled this way. When you least suspect I will have my revenge!"
