HURR I'M A DURR The Commander cannot move. At all. He has wedged himself between terraformed terrain levels that I can't undo, and since units have to walk to transports in SupComm rather than being grabbed from the air like in TA I can't see a way to extradite the bastard that doesn't involve swapping out that expensive nuke backpack for an even more expensive teleport one that I can't build without dropping my shields and dying because this is a T2 slugging match and generating 45K energy without T3 power plants would take seventy of the bloody things.
