I think this is a good illustration of why it wasn't in General Discussion.

Okay, it's taken me this long to post but let me set up everything from the start before I get into explanations.

Have you ever been really drunk, done something stupid and regretted it the next morning? I wasn't drunk, but after a particularly unusual week I'd had about four hours of sleep a night and by Friday I had basically completely lost the fucking plot.

At 2 AM, half-awake, not really with much of a grasp on reality, and still angry by getting banned for an hour on #tgchan (refusing to acknowledge the fact I'd essentially told Dylan to do as much if I was refusing to leave several weeks ago), I posted a thread on /questdis/ (wrong fucking board, that's the thing that I regretted the most because that's the kind of guy I am) and went to sleep.

I woke up the following morning convinced I'd dreamt the whole affair, I was that out of it. (I'm not even sure where "where I'm going" was even meant to refer to, and as other people pointed out, I was basically getting mad at myself for ripping me to pieces.)

Checked the boards, saw the thread was actually posted, and reacted as made sense at the time (which was to hide my face from the board and IRC for a couple of days and try lying low), ending up retreating into other chat programs for a couple of days.

After finally being not a fucking coward, I'm here writing this post now and feeling like one massive fucking jerk given the reactions and responses posting this one thread while barely conscious garnered.

And you can tell this is actually Cirr writing this because it's a giant fucking wall of text.

So, uh. I'm still... really ashamed to consider showing my face here again given what I did there, and text on the internet doesn't make for much of a sincere apology, but without filming myself cutting off an ear or a finger or something and posting it I don't think there's anything else much more sincere of an apology I can make here.

Also I'd like to keep my extremities attached to my body and not severed with knives. (Also also I'm aware this is a constant ramble so I'm going to just stop writing this ever growing mess of words and hit Reply now.)
