'Smooth Brush' is essentially the board ID. This site is primarily about quests, so on the /quest/ board and some other boards there is an ID system that basically assigns each user a tripcode based on their IP hash; mostly in order to make vote/suggestion stuffing harder in quests. the Ponychan skin Generates a unicorn avatar and name based on the same hash.

/meep/ is for general discussion unrelated to /quest/.
/tg/ is for traditional gaming since otherwise /meep/ would get flooded with it.
/draw/ is for drawing and oekaki or something, related to /quest/.

/Draw/ is not necessarily related to quests. A comparative lot of it is, because a lot of people on tgchan like quests. Bit there's plenty else. The fanart thread is in /questdis/ (although it maybe shouldn't be) so that's a whole lot of quest-related art out of /draw/ right there.
