Starting with Circle Sonic! Nowadays I'd draw it pretty much the same because drawing it any better would just be me drawing sonic.

Sekani's modern look. This mild redesign is actually a de-design, as it tries to look closer to his original sprite rather than the soft fluffy bird he was later drawn as.

This was made for Weasyl, a site i should actually finish setting up on.

Tayza's modern design. Mild color change, since originally she, amiel, and dilia all had very similar shades of brown.

Tayza was always meant to look powerful and kind of scary, but my art style was not capable of pulling it off in the past.

*it's rumored that 'idgaf' is not her actual last name, but what she wrote down on the id paper Dilia insisted everyone fill out

If Slissa Quest gains even a modest following, this kind of thing is bound to happen. I'm honestly amazed my taboo had survived this long unbroken...

But it would be broken eventually, and I wanted it to be on my terms, by my hand. I accepted this commission with that in mind.

Does porn devalue the product, or is it just another way of appreciating it? Am I reducing my own worth by changing my stance?

I've seen quite a few folks go down this path. Something about TGchan makes it seem... almost silly to be so uptight and self-censored. At the same time, the porn a person draws is often what they are most remembered for.

But if I'm remembered as "the guy who draws cute porn", maybe that's not so bad. There's far worse out there, right?

I think it only devalues the work if it's shoehorned into it. Horribly non-canon porn is annoying though- like, if the characters do things they would never do.

Not bad at all, considering your position. The three-dimensionality of the character is quite well executed. The most noticeable issue of all is the fact that the perspective in the image is strange and inconsistent. Particularly W.R.T. the roads, trees and houses in the background. Correct perspective use is an reasonably easy thing to learn, and it's completely invaluable to creating nearly any sort of environment.

I think I picked it up from Loomis, but a basic Google search will yield an enormous amount of relevant pages and videos about how to learn and implement it. It's a little tricky working the character into these situations sometimes, I think. But once you start to visualise and draw things in three dimensions, it will all be a lot more sensible to work with.

Perspective has been my long-standing Arch Nemesis, and it has become my weakest link.

Myra's design fluctuated a bit in DR, since I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted her to look like.

So this is I guess me finalizing her some. She had a bit of a belly in the first update but I forgot about it

BUT NOW I UNFORGOT IT

She's kind of strong because she used to work the docks before Ceri arrived. Since Sheriim makes enough for them to live comfortably, she decided to quit the job so she could always be there for her daughter. She still keeps in decent shape, though.
