DISPLAYTITLE Only lets you mess with the capitalization of the page title (For an example, see loretta quest). "Television." with the extra character doesn't work. So I put it in the infobox title instead, which is what I assumed you were trying to do?
If you actually want the page name to be "Television.", you want to click move to change the namespace.
