Something something ENHANCE KNOCKERS
The story of a cyborg who falls from the space, and possibly the future, and finds herself trapped in a damaged and dangerous research facility.
This article contains spoilers! You were warned. |
Characters
Marie Castillo
Our hero, a cyborg with elfin ears and the ability to make her boobs grow and shrink at will.
After a spaceship crash, Marie's found herself trapped in a sinister cybernetics research facility. On earth, but an earth hundreds of years earlier than she remembers. Before the human to cyborg uplift procedure that originally saved her life was even invented.
Either she's gone back in time, or she's losing her mind. Or both.
Morgan
A volunteer and patient of the facility. Missing an eye, an arm, and a leg. Kind of a goof.
Marie's escape pod landed on him.
Haley Anselm
A doctor in the past / present trapped in the facility Marie had the misfortune to crash into, with a burgeoning interest in cybernetics.
Alternatively, a doctor from the future / Marie's past responsible for pioneering the uplift process, and originally uplifting Marie. Eventually traded in her enormous specs for a cyborg chassis with distinctive facial patterning.
Victor Kobayashi
A man looking to sell a vision for the future that's not terribly inclusive to most of humanity.
An uplift, who for some reason is touchy about his red eyes.
Telsem Roderick
One of Marie's friends from Mars. Had a reputation for tinkering and 'borrowing' things from people unannounced.
Minor Characters
Kirkman
An engineer who noticed things starting to go wrong and who left an audio journal on a tape cassette.
Rudolf "Rudy" Svensson
A therapist with a cosmetically unflattering skin graft and claustrophobia.
Discovered trapped in a locker.
Marceline Aurelius
Encountered at future / past martian masquerade, and executive assistant to Victor Kobayashi, head of Kobayashi Heavy Industries.
Offered a bribe in the form of exotic coffees.
Elizabeth "Liz" Aurelius
Found imprisoned in the cybernetics facility. She's a member of the New Organic Party, an anti-industrial group that was responsible for the protests and violence at the hospital shortly after Marie's uplift.
Her file shows her husband and two day old daughter, Marceline, died in a toxic waste accident.
Pat
A woman Marie encountered on the stairway. We didn't get her name at first, because she ran away as soon as she saw us. Which is an entirely sensible response to discovering a complete unknown in a locked facility horror setting.
In communication with an as of yet unnamed man via walkie-talkie.
???
An unknown shadowy individual who ventilated Marie with a spike. Has made several appearances in dreams slash flashbacks he probably shouldn't be in. There might be two of them.
Jeannine Lyotard
Morgan's one time girlfriend. He might have dropped chemical weapons on her.
She might also have somehow gotten uplifted and is now running around the facility sans memories and being intermittently controlled by an external force.
Avian Aliens
Aliens who are birds encountered on an exo-solar moon. Humanity isn't alone in the universe. Or in turning to cybernetics.
Marie might have accidentally conquered them when they mistook her for an intergalactic warlord and promptly surrendered. Oops.
Timeline
Timeline may be inaccurate due to time travel, amnesia, and/or memory hacking. |
It's going to take a while to get to the bottom of this.
ITQ
Morgan has made one appearance Inside the Quest. [1]
