Something something god's betting on the survival of a weasel.

Main Character

Tanna Tanna is a Tachidoki, a type of beastfolk akin to weasels, ferrets, and stoats. She is the main character of Aldequest, and was chosen as someone to guide by suggesters at the start of chapter 1. She has the ability to manipulate the Weave, the magical threads that bind the world of Aldebaran, like many other casters in the world. Unlike most however, she does so with musical ability, making her a bard. Currently, Tanna cannot remember their real name or much about their past. She is under a compulsion to "Get the Box", a similar goal to some others she has met, but not entirely the same. There are some hints that indicate that Tanna was into shady things, such as her ability to identify and create poisons, her hatred towards what is a 'Good' Theotian, her association with the entity known as Bakoth, and the enjoyment she couldn't help but feel from slaying Roderick. Side Characters

	The Whisper Also monikers themselves to the name of Solo, they are a mysterious god-like that has a bet with his friend. Able to impart the suggester's will into the consciousness of someone they say being attacked in the beginning, they made it imperative that they needed to keep this person alive. Solo then asked several questions to decide the talents of the suggesters and who they'd prefer to inhabit 'if they had a choice'. Solo seems to be relatively care-free and good-natured from what has been seen of them so far.
	Mina An Amurrun priest of Cassilda, she was part of the group that had tied-up and tortured Tanna. Despite this association, she attempted to help Tanna by poisoning Jacob's wine with Oloth’arr to make him sleepy so she could free her. She is capable of manipulating the Weave as a divine caster. Mina follows Cassilda, an apparently good-natured Theotian, and one of the three of Fate. Mina seems to be extremely devoted to her friends, sticking with them despite their terrible abuse and attempts to get her to leave for around a week in an attempt to help them. Even though she was afraid of dying, she didn't want Tanna to get involved as she was afraid for her safety. It was only after Tanna assuring her that she could help was when Mina decided to join her. Mina wants to destroy the box and Bakoth for what it did to her friends, and the potential evil it could bring. She is not under any compulsion to do so, and for some reason, Bakoth did not ever attempt to manipulate her mind.
	Evel'yee A short-fused Weski archer, Evel'yee was also part of the group that had tied-up and tortured Tanna. Unlike Mina however, she was not seemingly immune from Bakoth's mindgames. She has no intent of helping Tanna initially, rather she was lured along with Vax by Mina so Tanna and her could deal with them. A fight broke out in which Evel'yee was charmed, and Tanna managed to convince her that Vax planned on betraying them and Mina was on their side all along. Evel'yee seems to switch from one emotion to the next quickly, and has a few quirks that can set her off very easily (such as being touched and being called cute). Despite this, she can genuinely apologize when she realizes she's being rude. She is more prone to violence than Mina, even suggesting that they kill Vax once they had knocked him out to deal with him, though at the time she didn't know of what Bakoth had done to her. Despite the initial outrage of realizing she was charmed by Tanna (after that charm had been broken), she understood why it had been necessary, though it was clear that it still greatly troubled her. Evel'yee is under some kind of curse that can't be detected normally to open the box, and even though she knows this she still shows open aggression when posed with possibilities that might prevent her from doing so. Evel'yee has joined Tanna to open the box, or at least that what she believes for now.
