Beverly Wilde: Police detective, Minerva's partner. Both her hands are high-tech prostheses. (she/her/hers)
Elliot Keyes: Well-known mercenary and contract killer. Found dead in a safe house. (he/him/his)
Josefa Ramirez: Elliot's ex. (they/them/theirs)
Kai Green: Owner of Elliot's safe house. Knew he was staying in the building. (he/him/his)
Mei Green: Kai's teenage sister. Involvement unknown. (she/her/hers)
Crusader: A vigilante with the power to shoot plasma blasts from his hands. He is not above killing in the name of justice. Has been going after people associated with the Greenback Gang. (he/him/his)
Penny Dreadful: Supervillain, leader of the infamous Greenback Gang. Hired Elliot for something. (she/her/hers)
Amelia Ito: Minerva's next-door neighbor. Owns an antique store. Probably a super. (she/her/hers)
